Doctor does not like for patient to suggest medications and she gets very upset if you question her on her medical advise. Once she told me that I needed to the medication once in the morning and when I when back she said that she had told me to stop the medication, I told her that she had not and she lost it and told me to go back to my old doctor. I can't go back because of my insurance.

I have never been treated so rudely by a doctor! Upon arriving her staff was very friendly but she lost her temper when I asked her a question. I should have known because there was a patient in the waiting room crying. Several times she seemed to not even be paying attention to me. I would not recommend her to anyone with any self respect. I have worked in human resources for many years and if I was one of her staff I would file a complaint with the labor board. She is rude to them n her patients!

Her staFF would NOT work for me! I sent her a personal letter outlining how I was treated but it is doubtful that she got the letter. I found her very good personally, but somebody is responsible for staff supervision and she bears the ultimate responsibility, thus the poor marks. Her staff told me that she would refer me to a Urologist and after a month of waiting I called her back because noone had responded to my request. A MONTH AND NO CONTACT FROM YOUR DOCTOR WHEN YOUR TEST RESULTS WERE OUT OF THE NORMAL RANGE IS UNACCEPTABLE. My health care is important to me. Too many times phone calls were not returned by staff. I filed a complaint with the Texas Medical Board on Dr. Minina and they wrote back that my complaint was regarding staff and they do not license staff. I even sent along my phone records for the times that they told me the office called me. NOT! Yeah, thanks alot! She really needs a Office Manager and a booklet of pink slips and start senting them out.

Dr. Minina was great. She is not rushed with her patient's and is great at explaining diagnosis etc. But her staff on the other hand, do not return calls, continually neglect to call in prescriptions and do not follow through. This rating reflects more on her staff then on Dr. Minina

The staff at this dr.s office are not very helpful they seem to always loose the file and don't know who you are. as far as an appoinment they never can give you one cause i guess they don't keep record on if the dr. can see you or not.

Dr. Minina is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to go over your medical history, is not judgemental and treat older patients with respect. She explains her diagnostic impressions in a way that the patient fully undertand. However it been two weeks and I am still waiting for her clerk to call me for the bone density test appointment.

Dr. Minina is knowledgeable, but I have experienced her lose her composure several times. She truly is a bright, caring doctor but she needs to replace or provide time manahement raining for her ancillary staff. It took a month for the assitant/LVN to complete paperwork for me and in my opinion this is a poor reflection on the doctor and that is unfortunate because the doctor is impressive.

Her staffs are not helpful. We had to wait very long before we saw the Dr.Minina. Dr was very helpful. I hope they trains their staffs to be better.

I have been very satisfied with Dr. Minina. She explains things and takes the time to listen to your concerns. The first couple of times I went I had to wait a long time but after that the most I waited was 15 minutes. One of the reasons I like going there is that you do not have to wait one or two hours. I hope she keeps it that way. Our time is valuable, also. My husband and I both are very satisfied with her service this far.
