With our experience with Dr. Minina, I agree she is very short tempered, cand rude, and thinks she knows it all. She is not considered of disable people. The staff sucks

Staff "called" about second cancelled appointment, but did not leave any messages. Staff would not release test results I paid for. 2 cancelled appointments in 1 month. Almost impossible to get prescriptions refilled; lots of promises, no action.

Dr. Minina saw me in the hospital with Pancreatitus, I call her office for the follow up to schedule 5 times. I got run around, promices to call back that were not answered. I had on my first 2 calls told them I still have discomfort (That is a warning sign), That was ignored. I have given up with her office staff and wonder how you can get any care if they do not do their job? The staff wanted me to wait for a month for my 10-14 day followup. I had to argue with them, They dont care and when I told them I am dissatisified with what they are doing they said ok. and let the call go. Staff people like that do not have any business in the medical field and will make even the best Dr look bad. To put the money question down, I have health Insurance, so I am not just trying to abuse any service.

After my mom battled a severe infection for months and was hospitalized we finally went for a second opinion. A week later they operated and right now she's recovering. I'm so thankful we did because the infection she was receiving treatment for after 4 months had only spread more. When questioned about my mom's condition, She, Dr. Minina was very defensive, and had horrible communication skills. She thinks she knows it all and didn't give my mom the care she needed. I made one phone call to the insurance company and they approved an MRI for my mom, they claimed Dr. Minina wasn't using the proper codes indicating the urgency of the MRI therefore it had previously been denied. Finding out that this infection was very close to entering her blood stream was very upsetting and scary. We could have lost our mother all because this Doctor couldn't do her job right.

Office staff is over whelmed. I have been waiting for a follow-up call from them for four months. (They should have scheduled it while I was there--but they said they would call me.) Some of the nursing staff are rude and frankly, if they are nurses (or nurses assistants) they border on cold and ignorant for the way they treat patients. I will not return. Dr. Minina is a smart woman, but controling and short tempered. She errs on the side of conservative and will check for anything she suspects is wrong. Do I want to put up with all the bad stuff over her care? No. There are other doctors with nicer more caring staff that will do better.

Dr. Minina knows her stuff. I find her to be more helpful than specialists. She always gets it right. Good education. Even though I did not have symptoms, she ran some tests which made me aware of a condition that I have and this made me catch it early. Her staff are nice if they like you. I guess you should just treat them nicely and remember that you are responsible to keep on reminding them because they have a 100 other people and you can easily be left waiting if you do not keep on calling to remind them. Maybe Dr. Minina needs more staff?

Staff is generally inefficient. They were anxious to get my papyment and said I was done. They did not schedule the referral while I was there. I received a call from the referred physician's office for an appointment I did not know about and could not keep because of work. The staff mumble on the phone and rattle off information in messages so it is not understandable. They do not specify why they are calling. Most recently staff/doctor changed a prescription back to an earlier one, not the current one, when the pharmacy called. The TV in the waiting room is a najor irritation: espcially when I am there for high blood pressure.

I called her office because I was in pain. I requested to see her as soon as possible becaue of the pain. Her office staff told me it would be about three weeks to get in to see her. After two weeks I could no longer stand the pain and cancelled my visit and went to another doctor. When I explained my pain problem to her staff person it was like she really didn't care.
