Dr. Waitzer has been on a leave since early summer 2015, so first of all, if you are commenting on anything after that, do you really know who you saw !? Personally, she is the best dermatologist I've been to. Proactive and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that I miss her terribly and want her back !!

Not sure what the Dr. is like but I can certainly tell you that the receptionist is incredibly rude. Called to asked about taking on new patients and she was very rude, asked her is she aware of any Dr's in the area taking on new patients and she was short and snippy about it.

I called their office very rude secretery or who ever that picked up the phone a guy . Did not like how he said bye and did not look professional .

This doctor cares about her patients! I totally trust her to let me know what treatments are available and also which one(s ) she would favour in my situation. Her surgeries are gentle and she takes the time to be sure the freezing has worked well, before starting any surgical removals. She has a reassuring manner and is happy to answer questions. Dr W not only finds and treats "pre-cancer" and cancer, but she also goes the extra mile in teaching s how to recognize early signs of problems as the arise!

Dr Waitzer is genuine, kind, accessible and helpful! She communicates clearly and tells you directly what she thinks the issues are and how she suggests we approach fixing them. From my experience, she actually listens to her patients! God bless her.

A capable, caring, considerate and kind doctor who takes the time to look, listen, ask questions, figure out the issues and attend to them. Has a logical and reassuring manner and gets things done in a timely fashion. Communicates clearly and directly and honestly let's you know if cancer is suspected or not. Genuinely cares and likes helping people! Love her!!
