I found the staff friendly and the care better than most hospitals. The wait times are a bit long in ER but on par for all hospitals. I would recommend this facility.

Wish I could give zero stars. Bad service, time management, and environment. So uncomfortable.

My brother came home after 5 weeks with a Stage 4 bedsore! The size of a baseball and black! This is neglect, not positioning him , after seeing he developed a bedsore. Shame!

The hospital staff were amazing. The guy who took blood was a pro 10 out of 10!!! I felt zero pain. The ultra sound tech was so personable and caring. Everyone I spoke to greeted me with a smile and to be honest I felt like I was surrounded by family even though they were complete strangers.

Anytime I have gone to emergency the majority of the nurses and doctors are awful. The nurses are not friendly. They don't know what they are doing. The nurse did an ecg on me and put the leads in the wrong places. Another nurse told me I could go sit in the family waiting area even though at that time it was only for suspected covid cases. Dr Kristin Marie Malcolm was ok at first but the minute I questioned her she was arrogant, very very rude, and on my way out I heard her bad mouth me to the nurses at the desk. Dr Eugene Kuo is rude, has no compassion, won't listen, and rushes you. I had a nurse named Ameena in day surgery twice and both times even though I told her I have difficult veins instead of leaving it for the anesthesiologist to do she poked me so many times and in the end the anesthesiologist did it anyways, she has an attitude and she was standing at the desk for an hour talking to another nurse. When I got an endoscopy done the anesthesiologist was so rough and jammed the needle in my hand and nurses were rushing and I told them I had a question but they just rushed to put me to sleep. The only good thing I have to say about this hospital is Dr George Xeroulis is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is the only doctor at this hospital or even out of all the doctors i've ever seen that is nice, compassionate, answers questions, and goes above and beyond for patients.

Food was to my like, mostly canadian diet. Service execclent. A good hospital.

Minor surgery. Staff were efficient and intake, procedure, explanation all great. Actually was there early and they took me in for procedure PRIOR to me appointment. Only the needle for the freezing hurt!!!

Dr r o l l i n s out of Pickering Ajax is a great surgeon to go see for any shoulder knees or hips she is quite the lady you want to meet her she is a great person to talk to and very friendly this is what you want in a surgeon before you have surgery so you feel comfortable

No good comments about this hospital. In the E.R. you must wait for hours (sometimes overnight).
