An absolutely divine dermatologist (and person) dedicated to the prevention, identification and treatment of skin cancers. She must work 24/7 as I get calls at any time of the day (weekdays and week ends) from her with updates she gets from various biopsies. I would not want to be in this long battle with skin cancer with anyone else as my primary care physician. She is highly respected at Sunnybrook so if she calls them, they listen. Amazing.

Suspected a problem, did the biopsy, trusted instinct and training when it came back benign. Biopsied it again and it did turn out to be cancer on second sampling. Efficiently arranged removal. Knowledgeable, caring, thorough, honest and willing to exxplain & answer questions. Thanks very much!!!

Horrible doctor! it seems everytime you go she wants to take at least 3 moles off your body. One she took off came back non cancerous, but she didn't remove the whole mole, and she wants to cut it again even though it was fine! BEWARE of this doctor avoid her!

Dr. Waitzer saved my life 22 years ago, if she had not made all the calls to get me into Sunnybrook Cancer Centre immediately I may not have survived. She has not changed in all these years and again is doing all possible to insure all my health issues are taken care off. An absolute gem of a doctor.

Dr.Waitzer is an obvious dedicated health professional. She performed a biopsy in her office on my first visit. She phoned me at home at 10:15PM to inform me of the results! I have never received a call at that time of evening from any Doctor. It was obviously done to put my concerns to rest. She rectified the problem on my next visit and arranged for a follow-up visit. She is attentive to questions and responsive in understandable terms. This Doctor is a true credit to her profession and as such would recommend her highly.

Was told I had nothing to worry about by Dr. Grainge when in fact Dr. Sloane Waitzer diagnosed Boen's disease which is a cancer that can spread to your organs. Ironically Dr. Waitzer had her car accident and a colleague from Grainge's office did the puncture to be analyzed and the lovely and caring Dr. Waitzer prescribed Aldera in order to avoid skin graft. Worked like a charm. She probably saved me. Thank you Dr. Waitzer.

Sincere, expert, to the point. Our first visit to her. Something about her makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Didn't think that doctors like her existed anymore....and oh by the way....she does not rush you, listens to you carefully and everything she says makes perfect sense...and best of all, she loves engineers!
