This doctor is arrogant. Her staff is not bad but she is awful unless you just so happen to be spending tons of money and even then you likely have only a 20% chance she is friendly.

I had my first visit with her last month and was very pleased with her and her staff,she took the time to listen to me.She is very personable and seems sympathetic towards what you've been going through.So far so good!

Ummm, so I'm supposed to be "polite." Okay, I have nothing polite to say. Over the past several years I've watched my primary care physician go from really, really good to really, really bad. She has made it clear that it all boils down to the money, and the money is in her "spa" treatments. She'd rather give you Botox and sell you cosmetics than treat you for a real illness or condition. I trusted her at first. But after she stopped accepting most insurance and Medicare, prescribing birth control, and performing PAP smears, I started to suspect she no longer wished to practice medicine. Avoid.

I called Dr. Anne Trussell's office to set up an appointment for my wife to see her due to some drainage from her incision from her c-section 7 weeks ago. Dr. Trussell's staff told me that my wife would need to see her obstetrician that performed the c-section. We have our reasons for not wanting to go back to the obstetrician. I asked Dr. Trussell's staff "so Dr. Trussell wouldn't see my wife for this problem?" and they replied "no". I was very disappointed in their response. We are afraid that the incision is infected and with MRSA becoming more common, we wanted a doctor that has more experience with skin infections and an internist would certainly have more experience than an obstetrician in this area. I believe it is sad when a doctor refuses to see a patient because of a complication of a procedure performed by another doctor. That means it is impossible to get second opinions in these cases if all doctors responded like Dr. Trussell's staff did when they spoke for her.

The most caring and wonderful doctor there is. She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. She really cares deeply about her patients. She is very easy to talk to and relate to. She treats you like a friend.

She is totally awesome. She really, really cares about her patients. She is funny, compasionate and treats you like a friend on her level. She is very knowledgable and will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist. She has a great personality and will listen to what you have to say also. Her nurses are very good. Needs some work on the receptianist, needs to be more patient friendly and more professional. But Dr. Trussell is AWESOME and her nurses are very good.

She is so easy to talk to and treats you like a person on her level. She is very knowledgable and will spend time with you. She is a very caring doctor and has a great, funny personality.
