She was very rude and kept stopping me mid-sentence. Before diagnosing and providing treatments, a complete grasp of the symptoms and a holistic picture were not developed. didn't appear interested in learning anything other than the information required for her to make a hasty diagnosis.

Dr. Nadarajah is just absolutely wonderful! She not only takes the time during your appointment to truly discover what the underlying issues are but also takes the time to follow up to ensure you are doing ok! I've recently had a phone call (when she was booked off) to attend to a prescription refill (personally!)... What a wonderful caring individual... You'll be well looked after here!! I normally would not write a review and this is probably the case with countless patients who have been very happy with Dr. Nadarajah and her staff. However, reading the comments from one or two disgruntled loose canons below, who obviously have an axe to grind with all of humanity, I feel compelled to state that: Dr. Nadarajah is a wonderful physician and a credit to her profession. Her nurse is quiet, but pleasant and extremely helpful. The clinic is beautiful, soothing, extremely clean and a very relaxing environment. Anyone who says otherwise is living in an "alternate universe"!

An excellent, knowledgeable and empathic physician, and a pleasure to interact with. Dr. Nadarajah is very attentive, listens carefully to any problems or concerns and then gets right to the heart of the problem. Her diagnosis and prescribed treatment were spot on! Her nurse is very empathic and humble. Highly recommend this practice to everyone

Dr. Nadarajah is an incredibly attentive and empathetic doctor. She has always patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. I feel completely supported when I enter her office, and I couldn't ask for a better doctor!

As you can see you’re not being confidential in your message. I still feel we were discriminated at your office.
The entrance to your office is straight from the parking lot and it’s definitely not a clean a sterile environment for testing patients. Everyone should be treated equally. There is no such bylaw to treat patients in the waiting room. It’s your rule! I guess you might as well see and treat your patients in the parking lot.
I still feel you and your staff were rude in the office.
And as to our phone appointment you had absolutely no manners talking with me, you yelled and hanged up the phone on me. And that is very rude and not professional at all.

This is in response to your comments below. This is the first time (and hopefully the last) that I feel compelled to respond to a patient's online comments, but these malicious, vindictive and untruthful comments, cannot go unanswered.
We have been in practice for over 25 years and have always placed the highest importance on providing courteous and timely care to all our patients. We have been serving patients right through the height of the pandemic (when many doctors offices were closed) and have had to greatly modify our small office to maintain 2-3m separation, because of concerns regarding viral transmission. All patients will be required to wear masks and vaccination status will be noted. This is to mainly protect our elderly, immunocompromised patients, and staff, and is communicated daily to all our patients, This will not change until the COVID situation resolves.
I take issue with your comments about our office. We take the utmost care and pride in our office - albeit small - it is nevertheless a beautiful, modern and very clean environment (as witnessed by the very positive comments from patients over the years).
I have been looking after your daughter over the past 4 years and never received any complaints from you. Your issue is clearly with our office COVID protocol. I understand this is a contentious issue, but in no way justifies your malicious and vindictive comments, designed to undermine the good name and reputation that we have worked so hard to build over 25 years.

This is the rudest doctor ever! Don’t go to her. She discriminates and humiliate patients and deals with patients in the waiting room. No confidentiality and privacy at all. I give her ZERO stars. Her nurse and secretary are very rude and disrespectful as well.
That doctor is never on time and the secretary does not pass messages to her even when she calls to tell you have a phone appointment, the doctor is not aware of it.
That doctor does allergy tests on a chair in the waiting room. The waiting room is located straight from the papering lot, so lots a dirt and bacterias are coming inside and that’s where she sees you and tests you. She has absolutely no bedside manners and very poor communication skills. She has NO manners at all, just so rude! Everyone at this clinic is just so unprofessional and rude!

Dr Nadarajah and her staff are wonderful. They are always on time, friendly and Dr Nadarajah is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. She talks to the issues so that you can understand and takes the time for questions. For the first time in a long time she actually phoned me after a call just to see how I was doing. Someone who clearly cares.
