We had a visit a few days ago with Dr. Nadarajah. We arrived 10 mins early to our appointment. We waited in the car for a few mins before calling the clinic to walk in. They weren’t ready for us and still had a patient in the office therefore we had to wait. That’s not a big deal. I had my two young daughters with me, we have been driving for an hour and they needed to use the bathroom. We searched the medical place but could not find a bathroom. I decided to call the front desk and see if they know where the bathroom was. She informed me that they were now ready for both my daughters to come in for their appointment. I preceded to tell her that my girls need to use the bathroom. She told me to come into the office and she will give me the key. We walk in and grab the key. The receptionist expected me to know where the bathroom was. I had to ask her a few times where the bathroom was located. She was a little hard to understand. I could tell she was getting upset with me as I had to ask her a few times to repeat it. I felt uncomfortable so we left and tried to find it on our own. It took us forever to find it! We asked so many people inside the building and no one new where it was. Finally we found someone who told us where it was. The bathroom is on the 2 nd floor and I highly recommend that if you need to use the bathroom you take the stairs! The elevator was taking forever. We finally get back to the clinic. I felt bad cause we took some time to get back and I knew cause of covid they were on a tight schedule but at the same time proper directions would have been nice. Even just to know that the bathroom was on the second floor. When we walked through that door the receptionist gave me the nastiest look. She was extremely rude. I know we were late due to two small children needed to use the bathroom but they were 10 mins behind and it took us an HOUR drive to get to their clinic. I can’t ask two small children to hold their pee. They really had to go. I did not appreciate the attitude and the harsh looks I was getting. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Dr. Nadarajah was kind. We had to have our appointment in the waiting room. Which was kind of awkward but fine due to the circumstances. It was a waste of time but she was nice and gave us a few recommendations. I will not be returning though. I did not deserve to be treated the way I did all because my girls needed to use the bathroom and the appointment time of course was pushed back even more because they were already 15 mins behind schedule. I would go back if Dr.Nadarajah got a new receptionist.

The allergy test appointment was quick and efficient. The clinic is small, only one patient was allowed in at a time. Dr. Nadarajah explained my results well, helped me understand how to manage reactions.

Dr. Nadarajah is very knowledgeable and thorough which is exactly what I wanted with a specialist reviewing my labs. She took the time to explain all of the results in a clear and understandable way, and gave me time to ask questions without feeling rushed. I felt like she genuinely cared and wanted to help me. Her receptionist was very helpful each time with making sure the information was sent to the doctor right away, and she scheduled appointments quickly working with my schedule as well which was greatly appreciated. I'm very lucky that I was referred to Dr. Nadarajah and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her if ever I hear that someone needs to see an allergist/immunologist.

Dr came by and initiated the pin-test.. but was not on time to observe the results. Asked me about what happened and wrote down whatever i said which wasnt much I knew. Was disspointing and had to research online to figure out my own problems, not helpful at all but a waste of time and money.

Dr. Sumathi Nadarajah impressed me from the start. She is friendly, very knowledgeable, listens carefully, and makes informed and insightful diagnoses backed by proper testing. She then creates an effective game plan for treatment. I have found her support staff warm, helpful and responsive. In an urgent situation I was able to see her within a couple of hours. Very pleased with the care I’ve received and will continue with her as my immunologist.

Waited 40 minutes after my young sons appointment for testing was supposed to begin before being called in. When she finally came to see us she told us how the test would be conducted and then told us to see the receptionist to book another appointment for the testing. The testing is what we were there for! The testing is what we drove an hour and waited 2 months for the appointment for! We’ll go elsewhere for the testing, we won’t be going back here.
