I have been going to Dr. Smith for almost 40 years and he has always been thorough and detailed and when required recommends top notch specialists. Most recently when I fell ill, Sasha squeezed me in to see Dr. Smith who immediately scheduled a series of tests and proceeded to follow up with me a few times a week, making sure I was getting the right treatment. I trust him fully and feel a sense of relief just knowing he is the champion of my health care. Thank YOU Dr. and thank you Sasha for taking all my calls...you have been great.

My doctor for a long time. Always professional and willing to listen. Love the new receptionist Sasha. BIG improvement over the past receptionist Donna who was moody and rude. Office runs much more smoothly now.

My mom has been his patient for over 30 thirty years. 2 weeks ago she fell and broke her shoulder. She is 91 years old . Several days after that we noticed that she seems to have a bladder infection. My sister called dr. Smith to let him know . She then took a sample to the labs. Multiple calls have gone to him asking if he has received the results yet. He said he was waiting for the preliminary report. This started on a Wednesday ,sample went to lab on Thursday morning at 8 am. Nothing from doctor Thursday . Call went to him Friday. No call from him on Friday. Situation with my mom continued to get worse. Went thru weekend getting up ever 2 hours to take mom to bathroom. Called over weekend to talk to on call doctor. Message was leave your name and number and they will call back within 24 hours during busy hours. What good is that. Called again Monday morning first thing. As of Monday end of busy day. No call from Dr. Smith. Fortunately my mother had to go to a fracture clinic appointment today. That is when the fracture clinic doctor called the lab got the results. The sample was not big enough to get a diagnosis. He then proceeded to tell us that he did not need a sample and everything we were telling him he was confident she had a bladder infection. Within half and hour of getting her home she had and antibiotic in her system . Still no call from her family doctor.
I am furious that he has let a 91 year old frail women suffer for 6 days . A broken shoulder is bad enough. The pharmacists at her drug store were shocked . They said she should not have gone for more than one day.
What kind of doctor would allow his 91 year old patient suffer like that. Anyone who has had a bladder infection knows this is a very painful experience.
He should be ashamed of himself for the lack of care and compassion he has shown my mother .

Dr. Smit h has been my doctor since the mid 80s and I hope he will be for years to come. I have found him to be both professional and friendly. Here`s hoping that he wont be retiring soon.
