As a chiropractor myself, I tend to be hyper aware of the degree of another doctor’s professionalism and bedside manner. Dr. Patel blew me away with how openly he shared the technical aspects of the procedures in a manner both unhurried and efficient. I would readily refer even my own family to this caring doctor.

I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR PATEL FOR MANY YEARS. HE IS PROFFESSIONAL, INTELLEGENT, AND PATIENT. I THINK HE IS THE TOP OF HIS FIELD. DR PATEL HAS TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION OF BEING SCRUTINIZED BY THE SYSTEM THAT HAS BROKEN DOWN FROM THE OPIOD CRISIS. THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO ABUSE THE SYSTEM, HIS SYSTEM, BUT HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HELPING SOLVE HIS PATIENTS WITH LEGITIMATE PAIN ISSUES. THE OFFICE IS POORLY RUN AND IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH MOST OF THE TIME BUT IF YOU ARE ALSO PATIENT, THE CARE IS WORTH IT.

Dr Patel put a pain control implant in my back and three weeks later I got very sick, I had a sepsis infection, I thought I was going to die but St Francis prevented that. However, they tried to reach Dr Patel for 5 days and he would not return their calls, while I lates helpless in a bed with strong antibiotics running into me. Finally I called the Rep from Metronic and after saying she could not get in touch with him, he called my hospital room a half hour later. Neither he or his staff were professional.

I have serious questions about Dr. Patel's honesty and integrity. Among my reasons, I see he has many lawsuits and a fraud judgment (unpaid) against him in Tulsa County. Beware.

The change in doctors had slowed everything down. i e. wait time, confushion in scheduling, time wait room however last 2 visits seem to be back on trak. the waut ti e for appt today was over 45min. wait ti e for med refill not yet experienced. usually h.
