Throughout my life up to young adulthood, I suffered allergic rhinitis and struggled to breathe through my nose. This could be debilitating at times that others do not understand. Dr. Jack Kennedy was a godsend. He identified the allergic rhinitis and prescribed preventative medication. I underwent surgery for a deviated septum. However, 10 years later I was back in his office as I struggled to breathe through my nose. I underwent a second surgery for polyps. The outcome was that my nasal tissues was so badly covered with polyps that he sent the tissue to be examined for cancer. Luckily for me, it was cancer free. I am grateful to this day for his surgical intervention and medical expertise. I have been able to breathe ever since the second operation. He instructed me on the finer details of intercepting an allergic reaction before it escalates. I had suffered so much in the past that I adhered to this approach every day. It has worked for the last 20 years. I was reviewed by him recently and found to be polyp free. I am so grateful for Dr. Jack Kennedy, his skill and his medical knowledge.

This doctor operated on my sinuses 20 yrs ago, I have suffered osteomyelitis since and sinus infections requiring antibiotics every couple of months. He was extremely rude to me in his surgery, as for bedside manner, he does not have any.

Such a beautiful soul and so helpful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to be handling my mums case. 15 years seeing Jack and he’s been the best support through everything. So many doctors didn’t listen to my mums concerns and her dentist ended up referring her onto jack and a week after her appointment she had major surgery to remove a tumour out from the side of her face. What an absolute blessing this man has been for our family. I truely believe he saved my mums life!

Lovely doctor but punctuality is none existent. If you have an appointment with him - cancel all your plans for the rest of the day. It is absolutely awful and staff who work there seem to not understand the concept of time either.
Every time I had to see him I had to wait over an hour and half. It’s not right. Obviously the system of his bookings is not working - don’t book so many patients and then end up having a room full of people sitting and just waiting.
Not good at all. If you can find another ENT then go somewhere else

My son required the removal of a large adenoma from his neck which is a difficult operation due to the large number of facial nerves around the location of the mass. Understandably we were very concerned about the procedure and the potential for the adenoma to be malignant. Jack has a very calming bedside manner, he communicates honestly and clearly and takes time to answer questions. He was very reassuring in his confidence that he would remove the mass without any damage to our sons facial nerves and cited his vast experience in completing this type of surgery without incident. Our son and Jack hit it off right from the first consultation with their football conversations always a feature in subsequent meetings. The surgery to remove the Adenoma Took five hours and late into the operation Jack took the time to ask a nurse to call us and assure us everything was fine and that the procedure was taking longer than expected but going well. Immediately after the surgery was done Jack called us to give us a detailed review of what he had encountered and to announce that everything had gone to plan, no facial nerve damage and the entire adenoma removed safely. Our family is so grateful to this kind man for his skill and kindness. We would recommend him without reservation to anyone in need of ear, nose and throat treatment or surgery. If you're reading this Jack; thank you so much.

Completely revived my concept of a doctors visit, I found my experience to be of top tier quality. Dr. Kennedy explained the procedure to me in detail, I arrived to have my operation done and the whole appointment went smoothly. He took care of all my concerns and I had an incredible recovery, it wasn't as bad as everyone said it would be! My post op appointment was great, he said it looked fantastic. I would recommend this doctor to anyone!

John performed two surgeries for me on my nose approximately ten years ago. The first surgery did not have a good comedic outcome, and the breathing through the nose wasn't clear. I waited a year or longer, hoping it would improve due to swelling. It was a fight to get John to agree that his work was not of good surgical standard and re-do the procedure. John did an A+ second procedure for the internal structures of the nose, great breathing, but a fail on the comedic side - have had a bend in my nose to this day. He can't do plastic surgery to a professional standard consistent to a review that another patient gave, he should be honest with his patients about his comedic surgical abilities, if the procedure requires significant plastic surgery, why doesn't John have a specialist plastic surgeon assistant? My second procedure had an ENT junior registrar providing post operative care, it was probably his assistant, can't remember.
