Dr. Worndl is wonderful but her staff are abrupt and unfriendly on the phone. It makes me very uncomfortable and stressed when calling this office.

In the 26 years she has been my doctor I have never questioned her judgement or professionalism. She is knowledgable, of course, but her compassion, while still being professional is truly a gift to her patients. She seems tireless in her dedication to her patients, and has a curiousity about medicine in general that is so refreshing. She is confident in what she knows, she is comfortable to look info up or send you to a specialist when she is not certain, or you would be benefitted by another set of eyes. She has sent me to a specialist, even though she suspected the illness... The specialist got it wrong initially. I will be so sad when she retires!

I have been seeing dr worndl since the early 80's. Her personality is great she is always very content and caring however, she consistently has problems remembering who I am. I would expect a doctor who I have been seeing for almost 30 years to at least remember my name. She has given me prescriptions with another persons name on it and asks me questions about people who are not and have never been in my life. The staff at the office have always been polite to me. Trying to call into that office though is a joke the lack of secretarial hours in a family practice is very disappointing.

Dr. Worndl is a great doctor. She takes her time,answers all your questions/concerns and will refer you to a specialist if further investigation is necesary(with out delay).She is knowlegable and Im glad that she is my doctor. However two out of the three staff that make appointments for you are are quick,abrupt and not plesant.It is stressful to call the office but it is worth the aggravation to see Dr. Worndl because she is wonderful.

I have been going to Dr. Worndl since I was a teenager. She is very thorough, helpful and supportive. She is always professional. She always seems genuinely concerned. My children are very comfortable with her. When my husband, who didn't have a doctor, was experiencing serious health issues, she took him on, despite already having a very full caseload. It's taking longer to schedule appointments, but the office keeps several times available during the week for things that you can't wait 3 weeks for. It's tricky to get through to the office at times, as they only answer the phones for limited times during the day. I used to really like the staff, but I find the newest staff to be rude and incompetent. Jacky is great, though. All in all I'm happy with the care that I and my family receive there.

Dr. Worndl has been my doc for 20+ years. She is great!!! Very through and patient. She takes time to answer all my questions, never rushes me. Her staff is awful, and always has been. They are rude on the phone, when booking app's and seem to hate their jobs, BUT Dr. Worndl is worth dealing with them!!!

A great doctor who always has time for your questions. Has gone out of her way many times to provide extra follow up care. Other doctors in office will cover in an emergency. Great staff!
