Please read the reviews and do not go to this jerk. He will treat you rude, cold and not listen to you but talk over you and treat you like you are just after meds to sell on the street not like you are spending your time trying to get help for the pain you have. I made the huge mistake of seeing him for a long time. I finally changed to a wonderful dr and am soo happy I did. Before I changed, Dr Bissell decided to cut my pain pills in half becuz I gained alittle weight from last yr. So he would rather me be in sooo much pain than help me. He does not know how to be professional and not petty. He does not care about you or helping you, only the money get gets from your insurance. He does drug tests every month for no real good reason, only to make your insurance pay a lot of money for those tests. When he is done with you, whether you have questions or not, he will just get up and walk out of the room. He only pays a couple of the office staff as all the others are interns that know nothing about medical. Not even know what your blood pressure should be. He went through like 6 nurse practs during that time, which they are the only ones that see you, he is busy hiking up mountains and doing shots now and then. Don't waste your time and money, see someone else that will take care of our health and work on helping you. Wait time is 30 mins to an hour before you see Dr B or the nurse. If you call good luck, they do not call you back but when you have an appointment, you will get a million messages on your cell and also emails, and texts. Good luck and get good help. Don't see a jerk with a childish bedside manner. Cold, cold person.

Do not go to this doctor if you have serious pain issues. He is cold, uncaring, and willing to yank you off any medications without good reason. He does not listen. I tried several times to get injections to alleviate my pain, but he only prescribed medication. Kammi is a sweetheart and will listen to your concerns and work with you, but Dr. Bissell will not! Beware, this doctor has a heart of stone. He does like your money though!

Just read the reviews. Kami is not much better, and after you see him you will no doubt be referred to her. Lord help you if a mistake is made because she will be condescending, blame you, and try to make you responsible for her mistake. Instead of just being compassionate and trying to figure out what day would work better to resolve, it was go on the offense, Aztec, deflect and defend and blame. And all I can say about that is it seems to be par for the course in this city but all any of us are trying to do is handle are chronic pain and being treated like this adds to stress and stress also plays in 2 chronic pain. I would think a medical professional that went to anything other than a community college or correspondence course would understand that and act accordingly. But they don't none of them do. They're more concerned about themselves and their unprofessional and rude. So don't go there they're not the only game in town.

Dr. Bissell is ok. But his staff is absolutely the most unprofessional staff! They forget which line they are picking and say pops , when saying something about you. They lie and put you to voice mail 99% of the time. Just got a referral for a new Doctor.

I cane to see Dr Bissell for chronic abdominal pain but had been in a motor vehicle accident just 2 days prior. While I found his staff to be very poor trained, at best, Dr Bissell is top notch. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I met with his PA at my last visit. Again, compassionate, empathetic, very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this practice to anyone suffering from chronic pain and seeking not just a drug band aid.

first lets start with the front staff, they are unprofessional, lazy, uneducated and down right rude. management clearly has no managerial skills, she is a medical assistant who thinks she knows everything and cant even control her front office staff. as for the doctors, I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. there is the main doctor who is rude, egotistical, never on time, he never listens to you. He always treats everyone like a drug seeker. The PA treats people like they are all stupid. does NOT listen to you at all. he makes things up as he goes. You get stuck with him after the first visit with the actual doctor, he always rushes you out the door. He makes you feel unworthy of his presence. find another doctor, NOT military friendly. wont let family members in with you so that they can treat you like your an idiot,,, and lie about everything when confronted!!!!!!

I would not reccommed this Dr and we did not even go to our appointment. Waited 2 months for an appointment and 90 mins before our scheduled appointment the very rude office person Linda stated they would not see us because they were having problems with tricare billing not even related to us. Even though I have a letter stating I am authorized care through active duty tricare without an authorization number and their office accepts Tricare. They refused to treat us while acknowledging they were well aware of the valid authorization. Clearly based on this comment and the others on this site, this Dr's office is only focused on money and not the needs of any patient. Will report this Dr to every available outlet. This Dr does not support its military members in my opinion. STAY AWAY!!

This Dr. is very unfriendly, apathetic, rude, poor bed side manor, just like his staff. This man shouldn't practice medicine at ALL! Made me feel like a junky off the street, when I have a serious medical condition. Would NOT recommend him at all. Seek another physician if at all possible. Never have I experienced such hostility and an unpleasant visit with any Dr. EVER!
