I saw NP Monica Preston she was thorough and we'll educated about my multiple Heath conditions and the pain that I am in for over 3.5 years 12 compression fractures. I had the same pain doctor for 12 years and many procedures and I am done with them as they started to break more vertebrae. These people can treat you medically for pain.

After waiting what seemed like forever for my first appointment with Dr. Tyler, once I finally got to that day, I was happy to meet him. He took over an hour listening to me, examining me, and he SHOWED ME where my pain was coming from! He's very funny, yet serious, listened actively to me (the patient,) and my husband and son (listening to their perspective on living with someone in chronic pain.) I found that to be refreshing. Now, it is tough to get through to the office sometimes, and I wouldn't recommend an appointment right after their lunch hour- they hold their staff meetings during their lunch hour and sometimes they run over. But, I have to admire that the staff is willing to work through their lunch to make sure all the patients' needs, updates and insurance issues are getting addressed. Dr. Tyler has a NP Monica Preston who will see you when Dr. Tyler can't. She's very nice, listens, and is willing help you with any medication issues. I have very few meds I can be on and she's willing to help you find the right one. I love this office, Dr. Tyler, and Ms. Preston! Highly recommend!!

I deal mostly with Ms. Preston. I began seeing Dr. Tyler's practice in March of 2013. I had suffered, undiagnosed for neary 20 years, from a rare form of r.a. When I was finally diagnosed my famiy practice was doing my pain management, shortly after they stopped this practice and referred me to Dr. Tyler. Monica was amazing. She found every trigger spot, immediatly recognized the rotation in my right hip, and even helped me to realize that a right shoulder injury from a car accident 4 years earlier ( even after surgery) was still severely unresolved. She always asks me how everything in life is going. Allows me to change dosages if necessary, as I work in the warehouse of a major retail giant, and certain times of the year become a bigger tole my body.

Dr. Tyler was the 1st and only Doctor in 11 years to find the source of my pain!!! I was amazed at how he was able to find every point that my body had pain in and others I didn't even know were hurting as bad but were linked to the cause. Dr. Tyler has a great knowledge of what causes pain and is truly someone you could rely on to find what is cause of pain is. Thank you, Steve(43yrs young)

I appreciate everything dr. Tyler has done for me. I have hsd 25 back surgeries in 1 of them the drove a pedicle svrew through the nerve in my leg. Also have a non fusion , my other pain dr left me high an dry , moved without even a notice so I called dr tyler's office an got in. He has always helped me out in anyway he can. Yes, he's diffetrnt from many doctors but doesn't mean he doesn't care . His staff has always been nothing but kind to me. Ove been going to him for almost 7 years now. Last week I twisted wrong heard a loud pop sn couldn't move my left leg for the pain being a Saturday I went to er. They were very unconcerned about the pop. Gave injection handful of meds & said rest. When I went to dr tyler he flipped was really worried that I had broken a rod or screw. Sent me for an xray asap . I even upped my dosage of meds & by the ccontract I would have to go with out the last of the month he said no worries & is refilling early. I think he's great but each to there own
