Dr Horgan has been my Nephrologist since 2008 from diagnosis, to failure and transplant n 2011 until now still keeping me going. He is very detailed and organized, very good at explaining anything in terms that everyday people can understand and wrap their heads around. Excellent mannerisms.l

The best Doctor I have ever known. Takes the time to carefully listen to your symptoms. Creates a detailed plan to execute and follows up as planned. I have have never felt so wonderful ever since my kidneys failed.
