After several visits and experiences with this office, I have to concur with most of the negative comments. A very poor experience all around and would not recommend to anyone interested in professional care.

I have read several negative comments about this office and the doctors there. However, after my first visit this morning, I can say I did not have the same experience. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional in their conduct. Dr. James (formerly Gray) has a great bedside manner, and was very attentive and accomodating. She's obviously very knowledgable and, in my case anyway, extremely eager and willing to discuss the tests she was ordering for me, my reaction to the tests, and her recommended treatment. I cannot recommend her or this clinic highly enough.

This is an incredibly unprofessional office. They are supposed to be peds, but there is hardly anything available to keep a young child occupied for the hours you will wait during your appointment. I've been 3 times, always had to wait to be seen, then felt very rushed. I had to ask twice for an Rx for an epipen after I was told I would be given one. I was handed a sheet for labwork in a pile of paperwork and not told what to do with it. I was told at my 1st visit my son was allergic to eggs, and the 3rd appt they said he was allergic to peanuts too, forgot to mention it to me on the 1st or 2nd visit. They charge for every little thing too.

What a horrible office staff! Doctor refused to talk to patient without talking to nurse practioner first. Doctor refused consultation with parents without minor child present. This office only looks out for the well being of it's financial position.

Poor, poor office staff. Bad attitude makes for bad medicine.

She did a great job listening, examining and explaining just what the hell was going on.
