I was personally very disappointed by Dr Kumar. I recently moved from out of state and have new insurance so I have to restart the process to get the medication I've been using for years. Dr Kumar refused to listen to my medication needs and suggested restarting allergy testing when I am already well aware of my allergies and have records on file. When he asked my asthma and allergy symptoms he stated they "weren't as serious as they should be to be on the meds I was on before." Very frustrating to not be listened to. My husband came with me and even said that the conversation was extrememly frustrating. Will not be going back.

I really like Dr. Kumar. I've been a patient and my daughter (toddler age) is also a patient. He has a really gentle, quiet manner with kids. My daughter is afraid of doctors, but she didn't mind him. He doesn't order excessive tests. We did some skin testing, but it was limited to a few foods of concern. Sometimes I feel like doctors want to intervene for every little thing. His advice was really reasonable and easy for us to work with. He takes time to explain things and puts things in writing. I would recommend him.

Dr. Kumar is a more than competent doctor. He seems to keep up with all the latest research too. His waiting room is pleasant and has a small play room. If you take allergy shots, you will see the nurses frequently and they are fantastic. My only recommendation is that they change the billing program that they use. I found the statements confusing.
