Our experience with Dr. Nardella has spanned our entire family and 8 years. From dealing with hormone issues to traumatic brain injury utilizing the hyperbaric chamber. With out her care and compassion I can easily say our lives would be much more challenging. The traditional medical system was not equipped to handle the various needs of our family.

Incredible doctor! Yes you have to pay as Naturopathic Doctors are not covered by Alberta Health and Wellness. I remember being told this when I booked my appointment. Not sure why there are posts on this site complaining about this. You likely knew this when you booked the appointment. Back to my experience. An incredible depth of knowledge in auto-immune disease and how to help me. Finally I have a diagnosis and can make progress. Totally confident and getting much better. A great doc for those with lymes disease or other chronic illnesses.

I went to see Dr.Nardella after years of never feeling "quite" right. I was a little unsure of what to expect but since that first visit just over a year ago the health of myself and my family has never been better. Yes, private health care can be expensive but I find it hard to put a price on my health. Dr. Nardella has continued to go out of her way to keep the costs down and has done things for me and my children I would never expect from anyone in healthcare! Dr. Nardella and her staff are caring, helpful and compassionate people. I will continue to be a faithful patient for years to come!

Dr. Nardella is very "test oriented" and at first this seems rather scientific; however, very quickly you realize the business/money angle behind all the testing. Additionally most tests are easily $400 to $600 each. She usually draws no conclusions for you until you've spent at least $1000. I've had this same experience with her twice now and am saddened by what is her actual underlying motivation: $$$

The one word that comes to mind with Dr. Nardella is compassionate. She honestly does care about her patients. She has helped me in the past and she has helped my son more that any doctor ever has. She is amazing in every way and i would not go to anyone else for medical help. My son is getting his health back thanks to Dr Nardella.

On the advice of my GP I saw Dr. Nardella and I caution anyone seeking her clinic for help to not waste your time or money. After an hour consultation, which we were repeatedly interupted by her nurse, I was told I would need $2100.00 worth of testing. Upon leaving to pay Dr. Nardella leaned over to her receptionist and whispered "charge her for the extra half hour". I said I wanted to think about the tests did they have a brochure, which they gave to me. I stepped out into the hallway called the co. and asked if this practioneer was charging too much. They were not allowed to give prices but said "she is charging four times what she should!" I went back in to confront and question the receptionist and she was down right rude saying I had no right to call and ask the question. My understanding is Dr. Nardella cares about her patients but after speaking with some past patients we all agree in our opinion she seems to cares more about money

Dr. Nardella has been my health care provider for at least 8 years. She & her staff are: pleasant, accommodating, respectful & compassionate. In addition, Dr. Nardella is an excellent doctor; each patient gets her undivided attention. Dr. Nardella listens attentively, considers all circumstances, then gives workable options. On rare occasions when she can’t help a patient, she readily admits it & recommends another professional. I disagree with the comment that “her treatments are a bit pricey.” I don’t think her charges are out of line; rather we are accustomed to our medical expenses being “free” (covered under Alberta Health Care Insurance). Naturopaths are not covered under Alberta Health. I highly recommend Dr. Nardella.

Dr. Nardella is extremely accommodating and compassionate. Somehow she always finds the time to help in whatever way she can using her vast knowledge and experience. She is very willing to admit when she doesn't know, and believes you when you say you're sick. Both she and her staff are very friendly and approachable, and joking around is usually half the experience. Dr. Nardella's clinic is a place of true collaborative healing.

Dr Nardella is the most caring, compassionate, and dedicated doctor I have ever met. She has gone above and beyond for my husband and I on more than one occassion. She's always willing to admit if she's wrong, or if she has no idea how to help you. If she has no idea, Dr Nardella will use her contacts, her ingenuity, and humility to send you to someone who can better help you. Dr Nardella sticks very strictly to the Hippocratic Oath. Dr Nardella never gives up on a patient, and continually checks in on her patients despite her very busy schedule. Her staff are so friendly and willing to help with anything you ask, even finding a place to live! Dr Nardella's clinic has been like a second home for us, and we're truly glad she's our health care provider. There is no limit to Dr Nardella's clinic; they truly are the best.
