We have been seeing Dr.Harrop and team(Doug) for the last few years for my son(burns). The care we have received every time at the Children’s Hospital has been awesome from both child’s and parent’s perspective. Always leave their feeling well cared for and confident in the care they provide.

This is amazing doctor. Absolutely professional and kind and gentle. He did difficult surgery for my son. My son has cancer and he needs to cut his bones on legs. The doctor give us big hope. I really appreciate it and thanks him.

Dr Harrop is an amazing surgeon, my 2 year old had burns down to the tendon and his work was amazing. He also made a scared 2 yr old. Not so scared

Dr. Harrop is amazing. My son was born with a cleft palate and Dr. Harrop has followed his care for over 4 years. He always takes time to engage with my son, whether or not we are there for an appointment with him. He completed an intrigue surgery beautifully. The follow up care, concern, and education have been exceptional. We highly recommend Dr. Harrop.

I’ll give him more stars if I could. I cannot be more grateful to have Dr Rob Harrop as our son’s surgeon. He’s very sweet, cute when he talks to him, (he’s 4 yo) very care, nice and with us he explains everything about our son mass on his hand. Honestly, many doctors should follow this kind of care with the patients. Always is a very nice visit for my son and for us when we have appointments with him in the hospital. Great Job Dr Rob Harrop!!!

We are so lucky in Calgary to have him, it doesn’t get any better than Dr. Harrop , he is kind , gentle and just awesome when dealing with kids , put my daughter at ease and she’s only 3. Performs his job quickly but with perfection , one of the best if not the best specialist for kids out there.

Dr. Harrop was amazing with our son who had an amputated finger reattached. Amazing bedside manner and even took the time to show my husband and I where to meet him after the surgery. He takes a personal interest in his patients and families and we can’t thank him enough!

My daughter who was 9 was referred to Dr. Rob Harrop as she had a mole that was pre-cancerous. Dr. Harrop did an excellent job. His bedside manner is outstanding. My daughter is now 23 and although they warned us that the mole might grow back, it did not and she has minimal scarring at the excision area.
