I see Dr.AnitaHui at least 2-3 times of year and find her professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She has always solved my hearing issues and I value her very much.

She removed my tonsils 5 years ago. While the surgery went well, I had a reaction to the pain medications and was vomiting the next day. Even after phoning and leaving messages and speaking with the receptionist/nurse, I never heard back from her regarding the pain meds and getting a new prescription. I ended up in urgent care 3 times as a result. Due to the vomiting, the scabs in my throat never formed properly and I was left with scar tissue that causes many annoying problems.

I saw her for a simple little problem and she made me feel calm and comfortable right away. I found her knowledgable and professional . She explained all options and answered all my questions. And yes sometimes she does run behind. But I would rather she take her time than rush her patients. Highly recommewnd

Son had appt. With this doctor today and she was wonderful at explaining everything going On and the different courses of action we could take. She was about 30 min late for our appt. But when I had questions she answered them all even if it went over our alloted time so well worth the wait. My 10 year old son also really liked her. Receptionist was efficient and pleasant.

When you wait 18 months to get a referral and you encounter a Dr like this it is very disappointing. Why is she always running late in the mornings? No regard for other people's time. Also, her manner is patronizing, superior and just very rude. I expected more from an ENT 'Specialist' and the advice has not been very helpful. Very dismissive person too - I would not recommend and I wonder why she works with people when her manner comes across like she doesn't really care about her patients. I'm sure there are far better people you could go to.

Dr Anita is one the best doctors I’ve dealt with. Super skilled and knowledgeable. You need to be patient though but she will make you better. If she can’t she tells you.

Have seen Anita for a tonsillectomy and a breathing issues including a deviated septum. She's been amazing! Very knowledgeable, and a great surgeon! I would highly recommend her! Went for a tonsillectomy consult at a different surgeon before seeing Anita three years ago, and it was night and day between the two. She is definitely the best!

Have only seen her once. Extremely brusque nature. Very little sympathy for the debilitating condition that is chronic tinnitus. Was of very little help - this maybe would be understandable if the condition is not treatable, but there's no need to so rude and dismissive about it.

I have a massive hole in my ear drum that multiple doctors have told me I need to have repaired in order to be close to passing the RCMP requirements for hearing. My family Dr referred me to specifically to get surhergery, only to be told that she does not do surgery and will not operate on my ear. She did say she would refer me to another Specialist who is one of the best surgeons around. GREAT! but sadly, 8 months later and still no referral from her, had to go back to the family Dr to start from scratch all over again.
