Bedside manner is awful. After a failed procedure which was extremely rushed, he simply told me he “didn’t know” why it didn’t work. The whole time he was typing on his computer and kept asking me what my questions were as he was too busy on the other end. 110% do not recommend.

I have say that Dr.Havelock is very knowledgeable and professional who answer all our questions and made our experience as simple ascould be the only problem we had wads with the rude front desk receptionist who seems not really happy to work at that respectable office pcrm!

One size fits all approach, which resulted in me cancelling IVF mid-cycle because compromise was not considered, additional treatments weren't explored. This was despite I told him of my care conditions. Was also the most excruciating ultrasound appointment I ever endured. Saw spots, tried not to scream, almost blacked out. I didn't feel safe continuing. I was a patient type he didn't know how to deal with and he never apologized for the negligent care.

Dr Havelock did a tubal ligation reversal for me. It was great experience for us. The nurses talked with me and my husband both and we felt confidant about going to surgery. Throughout Alberta and BC Dr. Havelock was the only one we could find to preform this procedure. We feel very blessed and happy with his experience and amazing team. God bless them all

Currently undergoing fertility treatment with Dr. Havelock with IUI's and considering IVF with them. Chose this clinic because it was close to home, but frustrated at the lack of individuality of care. It feels like he's just recommending the next thing in the book. After asking questions, he answered with "oh, I didn't notice that before" about my low egg count. Also after receiving a call from the staff to wait until the next cycle to complete the procedure because of medical reasons, I received another call from the clinic a week later asking why we weren't proceeding with the procedure that month. Lack of communication within the clinic.

Dr. Havelock is sharp, knowledgeable, and honest. I am grateful to have Dr. Havelock as my doctor. I trust that he recommends the most adequate solutions for his patients. His driver is not to make money from his patients.

Treats patients like we're identical and lacks an innovative approach to treating patients. Married to protocols and unwilling to consider that his approach may not have been the best. Lacks empathy and compassion. Speaks loudly and over patients, sometimes cuts them off when they're speaking.
