Went to see her in regards to many different things about my cycle and trying to find out what is happening to me. She did a pap and told me I could get a DNC and sent me on my way. I had to ask her to check my blood work that my family dr ordered at the end of the day was a complete waste of my time.

EXCELLENT experience from start to end. Dr. Cassis looked after me before, during and after my (very difficult) C-Section. Can barely see the incision! Very happy and would highly recommend her. The nurses in the hospital said I couldn't have had a better OB looking after me – they were right! Thank-you!

Dr. Cassis is, HANDS DOWN, the most compassionate, gentle doctor I've ever had. I felt like my mother was taking care of me. It goes without saying that she's absolutely brilliant in her field. What I also want to express is how much I felt protected and guided as if I were her own family. Thank you, Dr. Cassis.

After a year of awful experiences with another gyno in Red Deer and refusing to go back, I was referred to Dr. Cassis. Thank goodness for her. Extremely compassionate and caring,
Knowledgable and reassuring. I wish I would have seen her much sooner!

Twins 16 years ago and a singleton 6 years ago. Both high risk pregnancies and both handled by Dr. Cassis. Both c-sections as well. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Appreciate her to the point conversations.

Update review, I was hopeful after my first surgery with her that I'd be . When I got to see her the second time, she seemed rushed (and I'm sure she is busy), she decided to refer me to another surgeon. I have had no follow up Sept 6th, so I called her office today to ask who the referral doctor would be so I could follow up with them directly, and found out the referral hasn't even been sent yet. Meanwhile, I fear my baseball cyst (scanned 4 months ago now) will grow into another football where it becomes more of a risk and surgery. I get people are super busy, especially healthcare....but it's hard not to be frustrated especially with the fact symptoms (that are getting worse) I have are interfering with my job/life and the receptionist couldn't give me a timeframe when the referral would be transferred. Dr. Cassis told me I would likely get a call in 1-2 weeks from the new surgeon's office. I guess not. Not sure what the answer is, but everyone write your MLA that health care needs support!! something simpler now, could cost healthcare more later, not to mention the mental stress worrying about it turning into the big C. To be clear I'm not blaming this office/dr....I'm sure they help more urgent people to be a priority and rightfully so...just highlighting my journey and frustration. I feel like I have to call my primary doctor to move this along directly or find me another avenue before I lose my job.

She removed a football from my ovary, and low and behold I have another 4 years later (baseball sized) and I'm praying she takes my referral, on the first one, she was kind, caring and for removing a football the first time, very little scar. She was also supportive with my high anxiety issues.

This doctor is absolutely the rudest doctor I have ever encountered, and I am 54. Did half of the surgery she was suppose to perform on me and discharged me 4 hours later, even when I begged her not to cause I live out of town and was bleeding very heavy. She knew I was going to be alone and was to weak to even call for help if need be. Had to go back to hospital and get blood transfusions within a few hours. Most uncaring person ever.
