Dr. Young has been my Doctor for appr. 10+years, I have had nothing but total satisfaction from her, she has looked after my grandsons, granddaughter, friends and my mom, had my mom been a patient of hers long before she moved here she would probably still be alive. I feel very fortunate to have a doctor like her.

I have been with Dr Young for about 5-6 Yrs.. I think she is great. She's caring and understanding and does not rush you thru appointments like other Drs I have seen. She really listens to you and is helpful .

Dr.Young is a wonderful caring Doctor that has always made time to listen to our family's concerns. She is my family doctor and I feel very lucky to have her. She has always taken time to order tests for us and look deeper into any issues we have.

She is a great Doc. It's worth noticing that all the good reviews seem to be from normal people whilst all of the bad reviews seem to have subtext - either multiple issues, ICBC injury claims or 'I don't agree with her' Google Doctors . The wait times can be long but how that can be an indication of punctuality rather than a simple by-product of the number of people lining up to see her is anyones guess. Tells it like it is, probably another reason for bad reviews. Having said that, asking people with no medical knowledge to review someone with plenty is a fools errand. What you're going to get is a review on how good they are at a) agreeing with you b) handholding and c) the time spent in the waiting room. Personally I would rather have knowledge, skill and accuracy.

Terrible doctor, I saw her about three years ago and she was very rude and told me I was allowed a maximum of three things to ask her about during my time with her. Least caring compassionate human being I've ever met.

Punctuality is not great. I waited for 45 minutes for her to arrive and I was the first paitient of the day. Dr. Young has an odd mannerism where she actually laughs while telling you that your susoected concerns are not valid. It feels a little demeaning, like she is laughing at you for dreaming up some weird symptom. It could cause some people to not feel comfortable sharing information with her or seeking her advice. It is a pity she doesn't have better self-awareness as a professional, because I believe she may actually be a good doctor. I don't really know if she is good or not because she has yet to brave a diagnosis of anything I have seen her for. She orders tests and if the results are negative she states that and leaves the room. No discussion of what the next step may be or further adivce. The staff are okay, but seem to have limited follow through. I understand they are busy, but how else are we to get the policies of the clinic? She seems nice, but doesn't connect much with people, which in my belief is the sign of a good doctor.

Thought I had the best doctor, until I was injured in a car accident, and then she did an aboutface like no one I have ever seen. Perhaps I was too injured for her to handle, her demeanor, her attitude, her professionalism has been awful. She actually walked out of one of my follow up appointments because she was too busy...extremely rude. Stay away, I will make sure everyone that asks knows how I've been treated. Brutal!!!

I waited for a very long time in her office and when she finally came in, I told her that I had multiple symptoms she didn't even look into one of them and declared I am under stress and that there is nothing she can do for me??? I am not under stress, Stress is always the answer when doctors are too busy that day. I would not recommend her.
