Dr Butaney is not only knowledgeable but also very helpful and accommodating to patient needs. Most doctors are so busy and don't take the time to understand the patient's background to diagnose them but Dr Butaney asks all the right questions.

Never mind what this guy said about her stubbornness she is the best private physician around period. She is very patient and calming and I just plain like her. Check it out out for your self

I think Dr. Butaney is fantastic. I have had other primary care physicians at hmos or elsewhere who always rush, never take a thorough family history etc. I have referred people to dr. Butaney in the past and they are always happy with her. I have been going to her for almost 15 years.

I have seen Dr. Butaney for 7 years. She is the best doctor on the planet-she never rushes, she gives me plenty of time-she is direct, and helpful and always makes referrals when needed. I love her and feel so lucky that I found her-nobody I know gets the same quality of care.

I have been seeing Dr. Butaney for over 10 years and I absolutely love her. I agree with the two that commented on her directness. It is exactly that, that I appreciate most about her. She trully cares about her patients and keeps careful notes! If for whatever reason you don't follow up with a specialist for a specific issue you may be having... you can be sure to "hear" about it from her on your next visit or by a mailed note with alot of exclamation points :) She makes it impossible for you to put your "health" on the sidelines because you don't have time, too busy with work, life, etc. She's a no-nosense doctor with a heart of GOLD. (PS her adorable husband/receptionist is a great touch to a very welcoming practice)

She is direct, and ask you very pointed questions that she needs to know in order to help you. She also understands different ailments that may effect certain minorities. If you want a passive doctor that doesn't ask you the hard questions, don't go to her. I love her, because she doesn't let me get away with being shy or embrassed. Now, I fly from another city just to see her after 10 years.

She was stubborn, did not answer patients questions, simply ignored me and referred me to specialists who provided low quality service. I had an awful time trying to get better.
