Both of my kids have been seeing Dr. Carr for 16 years. Sadly, this December will be the last visit for my oldest as he is turning 18.
Dr. Carr has always been very efficient and right to the point. I like that he spoke to my kids more than he spoke to me (although my oldest did not) He has always replied to my emails in a timely manor and has always answered any questions that I have. Yes, he is set in his ways but that's because he knows what he is doing.

We were refered to this doctor after my son had a few trips to the emergency room due to hives and trouble breathing. Dr. Carr was very good with my son but had no time to listen to any of our concerns, he wouldn't read my food log/diary. He was very close minded and wouldn't listen to us at all. Every time I tried to speak he would say like "yea ok but no" or sure but its not an allergy. He only tested my son for 3 things and left us with more questions than we had before we saw him. We will definitely be seeking a second a second opinion.

Dr. Carr is an amazing doctor. He talks to my son and hold him accountable for his well-being and care of his medications. He is knowledgeable regarding treatments available and in clinical studies. He is very personable and really cares about ALL people involved in the treatment of the patient. Highly recommend him and his wonderful staff.

My 15 year old saw Dr Carr today for allergy testing. We both found his bedside manner to be very poor. He spoke to my daughter as though she was a 5 year old and did not do a very good job of answering questions. His answers were very generic and only left us with more questions. When I asked for a copy of what allergies he tested her for he said, “it’s not important. What’s important is what she’s allergic too.” Im pretty sure I have a right to this information. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Carr has been taking care of my whole family, my children when they were young, myself (Dr. Carr used to do it as a favour-convenience for parents whose kids were under his care) and now my 7-year old grandson since he was 4. Dr. Carr is very smart, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, thorough, approachable, excellent bedside manner and many other positive values as a medical doctor. I always found an excellent doctor whom I felt quite comfortable with. His staff is amazing. I got to know Karen at the reception desk since the first day, she was wonderful and caring. Now, 16 years later, Karen is as amazing as always. I feel so blessed to have this excellent medical team always there for my family.

Dr. Carr is an amazing Dr. he was very helpful and amazing with my 4 year old son. However one of his receptionists, Karen, is EXTREMELY rude. I've spoken to her twice on different occasions and both time i was left furious after speaking with her. She couldn't even say bye or have a good day before hanging up the phone. all i got was a yup and the phone slammed down, right after i said thank you and have a good day to her. His other receptionist the younger one is really pleasant to deal with. Shes Fantastic. i feel bad that she has to put up with Karen all day long.
