I've had only good experiences with Dr. Lin. Allergies are complicated and don't always behave in a typical manner, but he is very knowledgeable and direct in his treatment plans. He does have a demeanor that may seem aloof at times but I've found he only appears that way, and is involved and caring underneath.

This doctor doesn’t care at all. He is just out to make money and push people through the doors. He made me repeat my allergy tests, even though I already paid for them once and knew the results. Second test was exactly the same but I still had to pay again. He recommended allergy shots so I did them (another high cost). That was a huge waste of my time, money and energy. Not only did they not work, they made my allergies worse. I had to take loads of time off work to get these shots so I had to miss pay regularly and after each shot, I reacted so badly that I couldn’t function for a full day afterwards because it felt like someone had beaten me with a baseball bat, my eyes wouldn’t stop watering, my ears were hurting, my nose was gushing and I couldn’t stop coughing. I would become dizzy and have problems walking and it hurt to breathe. When I called the office, I was told that eventually the symptoms would get easier yo manage after each shot but they didn’t. I put myself through this for a year with no change and nothing to show for all the effort. Worst of all, there is “nothing else” he can do for me. Don’t bother with him. He doesn’t care enough to find actual answers for you.

He's like, alright, I guess. The office staff are pretty useless, and he is okay but not great. He lowkey seems like he doesn't like treating people, like he'll listen to you and answer questions but it seems like he's kind of dying inside about it. I got allergy shots from this clinic but am getting them injected elsewhere and I have no idea if I'm supposed to follow up or what, just in general the vibe is that they don't care. Better than no allergist but...

Have you heard of delayed hypersensitivity reaction? You missed it. I had anaphylaxis. Don’t assume your tests are 100 per cent accurate. Take time and don’t gas light patients.

He is truly very helpful! A great doctor and has a lot of knowledge! The staff could be a bit more welcoming, but that doesn’t effect the care you get.

I can’t say enough about this young man. While he presents quiet, he can be very engaging and even funny. Ultra professional, very knowledgeable and loves his work. I have life threatening allergies and he has proven to be very helpful, compassionate and considerate.

The absolute worst. Super rude receptionist that mixed up my appts twice and were super horrible about it as they blamed me and then managed to still screw up my rebooked appt. The dr has zero bedside manner, is bored while somehow being awkward and my tests all came back negative as I am extremely allergic to dogs and pollen. So that was a waste of money. I should note I clearly had multiple welts on my arm after he applied the allergens and he still said I had no allergies which just isn't true.
