Do not go to the ISIS clinic they are only concerned about their numbers. My experience from the get go was very dehuminizing. Dr. Goodrow, waffles between being sympathetic and supportive to not caring at all.

Without Dr. Goodrow, I would not have achieved this pregnancy. I have never had such a caring, kind and helpful doctor ever!! I had many emotional days during my cycle monitoring days and gave up hope many times. She went out of her way twice to call me during her Christmas holidays to see how I was doing. I found ISIS a great clinic, from the front reception all the way to the doctors and specialists.

Fantastic doctor - feel like she's gone out of her way to help me out. Very caring and sympathetic. I was blown away when I had a cancelled cycle and she called and left me a message - personally! Very organized, always has a plan! I cannot say enough good things about her!

Prior to her leaving the CRC in Hamilton I was her patient. Although disappointed to discover on my own that she'd left as opposed to being informed of her departure I felt that had no bearing on her as a physician. She was always positive, helpful, hopeful and knowledgeable. With that said, I wasn't attached enough to her to be willing to follow her to the new clinic. The others RE's at the CRC have done well with picking up where she left off.

I found Dr. Goodrow to be very uncaring & unsympathtic. She told me my only options were IVF & it was hard to take the news. I said I wasn't sure I could afford it. Her comment was that she couldn't afford university for her kids. I thought what do I care at least you have kids to put through university. I just found it inappropiate seeing what I was there for. I left her office & have never been back. If I go back I will ask for another md.

Dr Goodrow is to thank for the birth of our son. I was diagonsed with a septum uterus and she preformed surgery to remove it. Now I have a beautiful healthy baby boy. She was a joy to deal with. Very friendly and knowlegeable.
