Dr. Ross is truly a shining star in Canada's health care system. She is smart - really knows her stuff. Great personality with patients. I trust Dr. Ross completely as my cardiologist.

Dr, Ross is one of the best cardiologists you will ever find. She is super smart, really knows her stuff. She is easy to talk to, a real patient oriented doctor. I highly recommend her.

I had my first initial visit with Dr. Heather Ross today (March 11, 2024). Dr. Ross is truly amazing. She is smart, explains things very well. Dr, Ross fully understood my situation and made a couple recommendations. I thank Dr. Ross for being totally amazing and I am blessed to be under her care.

Dr. Ross is an absolutely horrible doctor, for a number of reasons. I wish I could give a zero stars. Here are a few of the reasons I give her a low rating:

- Dr. Ross has a really bad attitude towards patients. She always talks down to patients and treats patients like garbage.

- because my dad received good care from her, when I was told I needed a cardiologist I asked two family doctors to refer me to her. My first meeting with Dr. Ross, she said "because you heard good things about me, you think you're privileged."

- even with two family doctors referring me to her, she admitted I needed a cardiologist but she refused to take me as a patient because my case "wasn't serious enough" for her, she only takes on more serious cases. Well, excuse me! You admit I need a cardiologist but I am not serious enough to be under your care! Really!

- Dr. Ross has such a huge ego, it's unbelievable. She is so into herself and how good she thinks she is that patients don't deserve to be under her care unless you are on deaths bed so she can take the credit for saving your life and boost her reputation.

- Dr. Ross is very rude, arrogant and down right insulting towards patients. I appreciate doctors being direct and not beating around the bush, but there is a difference between being direct, confident and arrogant to the point where patients are treated like garbage.

- When Dr. Ross refused to take me on as a patient because she felt my condition wasn't serious enough for her, I asked for her to refer me to two other cardiologists I heard good things about, and I provided her with the names of the other two cardiologists. Dr. Ross turned, walked away from me and was really bad mouthing me for even suggesting I be referred to one of my preferred cardiologists.

- Dr. Ross has no respect for patients time. I was on time for my appointment, however Dr. Ross was over an hour late. I understand I am not her only patient, but at least try to be close to the scheduled time.

I advice patients to avoid Dr. Ross and find yourselves a more compassionate cardiologist wo will actually care about you and your health.

World class physician and person. Been with Dr. Ross since 2010 after a wonky stress test and possible family history. Healthier today than ever due to her expertise and explanations on the importance of proper heart-rate focused exercise, medications and diet.

DR. ROSS is a wonderful and caring Doctor. She extended my father's life by many many years. My dad listened to everything she had to say as he was part of The Peter Munk center for 14 years. I absolutely have so much respect for her and her team.
