Denied referral from my physician after 2months of excessive phone calls(20 calls) and referral fax problems. I also question their ethics as they are falsely advertising on their webpage and forms as specializing in CRPS/RSD and doing ketamine treatments. Anyone who also suffers from CRPS/RSD should stay away from such clinics with their false advertising. I should have known better then to waste my precious remaining time and nerves to deal with such nonsense as i did not even get a chance to talk to Dr. Igor Wilderman but rather just his secretary to tell me to go to a hospital based location. With all the flu/covid thats been going on this is rather impossible for me to pursue a hospital and was just looking for a small clinic to run some infusions and trigger point injections. Again false advertisement I think is what this clinic is. Dr. Igor Wilderman would rather treat cosmetic patients like botox for lips/head/face then to deal with a critically injured individual.

Dr. Wilderman is very knowledgeable in Pain management field. Takes his time to stady complexity of issues he is facing and thoroughly explains to patients possible ways to approach positive results. Always has positive outlook and very pleasant to deal with.
His supporting medical team is very professional and supportive. Because of large amount of elderly and disabled people schedule could be an issue and it's not always predictable.

Declined my referral from my family doctor. I'm not sure if this is a pain mill or what, but I would question their ethics.

The clinic staff is very polite and attentive with a personal approach to patients. Doctor Wildeman is very professional and knowledgeable and focused on real results for patients.

it has taken me a year to write rating dr Wilderman. I wanted to be sure that l was not doing out of anger.
My mother had been going to Dr wilderman with little successes, but psychologically she thought it was helping, even when we her family saw that it took more energy from her then what she received. l researched other modalities that he could offer my mom that was available in his clinic. They had screening questionnaire prior to receiving her injections. She always said how frustrated and depressed from the pain and had no energy . He never addressed it with her nor recommended alternatives. Again researching l would email with different ideas. My mom passed away last January 2021, from a fall, l called everyone who needed to know including Dr Wilderman to let them know and to cancel all further appointments. The receptionist, no condolence, not even I will let the dr, know. If you see that a patient who has becoming every 6 weeks for few years l would have thought he would have inquired and given me a call or emailed me. signed disappointed

Dr. Wilderman is very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He helped a lot with my pain. The entire team, nurses and receptionist, is very supportive, professional, courteous and friendly. Amazing clinic!

Dr. Wilderman is an astounding Doctor. The comment describing artificial responses clearly has never been under Wilderman's care. I have been seeing Wilderman for my chronic pelvic pain and he has been the only specialist willing to diagnose and treat the paint. He is always available, even if you show up outside of your appointment. He'll gladly talk to you and see you at any time, and answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable and, in a world of pushing patients along as quickly as possible, he will take the necessary time to review all your complaints and make sure to provide you with a full diagnoses and treatment plan. I've never received better care than Wilderman's clinic. Thank you for all you've done.
