His 'bedside' manner with patients is outstanding. Consider yourself lucky if you have someone in a LTC facility, and they get assigned to him. Very impressed.

Had this Doctor for quite a while then you learn that most of his patients are elderly in nature so this basically is his main field. Had an accident a while back only found out recently that there was a problem with the diagnosis in the beginning when tests were eventually run it showed the issues with my health. Now with a new doctor. Something to learn for all I guess is get many medical opinions to your health. It took over 10 years to find out what was wrong with my health, and still paying the price for not seeking a second opinion.

Has been my doctor for about 15 years. I have always had excellent service from him. He always squeezed me in when I needed to see him for myself or my son.

Dr. Quail is by far one of the best doctors I have ever met, he really cares for his patients and has a gentle/tender nature! I would highly reccomend. And for those of you who say hes so busy with this and that......who isn't??? He still gives all his patients the best care possible, and interacts with them one on one on a personal level!

Dr. Quail has been very helpful to my and myself. He has proved his knowledge several times and is very thorough. I don't appreciate his move to the Holy Cross Hospital site for his office as it forces me to travel through town making going and coming time consuming and tiring. I know it is difficult for Doctors to make house calls but being handicapped and 85+ makes trips extremely hard for meM. Scott

This doctor's only fault is that he cares too much about his patients. He has been my doctor for many years and has seen me through many medical issues. When my father was dying of cancer, the doctor would come to our house once a week to ensure that all was going well. You could not find a better doctor. His only fault maybe his communication skills due to him being on the quiet side.
