I absolutely love coming to her. I felt heard and listened to for the first time since I was a kid going to a pediatrician. She's very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and creative - and it's easy to get an appointment, and I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes (usually it's close to 5). She is the best!

Dr. Amira is a sweetheart. She made sure to explain what worries you and suggest what's right for you. Dr. Christine Kang is actually my GP however, momentarily it's Dr. Amira who's seeing me as Dr. Christine is on leave. Staff are wonderful!

Dr. Amira is excellent for me and my family. We recently moved to Calgary and despite having a large number of patients, she was willing to take us. She is friendly and is always supportive and listens to what we have to say. I would recommend her for anyone new in Calgary!

The first time I visit this doctor she prescribed antibiotics for my ear that was plugged. She didn't clean my ear and I didn't have an infection. The second visit I asked her about a test result. She read the result and didn't explain anything to me. She asked to repeat the test in six month and left the room. This two visits because my doctor wasn't available. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anybody. She was rude and not useful at all.

I love Dr. Amira. The wait is always short, and I feel like she listens to me and what I have going on. She is the first doctor in Calgary that I feel actually cares about her patience. 5 starts isn't enough.

Pros:
She seems to be knowledgeable
It seems to be easy to book with her
Cons:
No parking or barely few street parking spots available
Inconvenient if you are coming in with a stroller (parking issue)
Extremely difficult to understand what she is saying (too quiet, pronunciation issues)
Unwilling to take on all the issues from patient at one appointment and asks to reschedule and drive to the clinic again (probably because each visit brings her more money from the Government)
Receptionists are trying to be helpful but have a hard time doing it right as they lack experience and they keep sending things to wrong places and having a difficulty following up
