Great dentist with decades of experience. This guy knows that he’s talking about and plays by the old rules when dentists were looking out for us. Highly recommended for anyone that wants a great dentist.

I like direct people. Dr. Fremeth is very straight forward. He is also very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. I have three children served by him for the last 7 years and he has always been right on the money. I am not intimidated by someone smarter than myself. I am grateful that person is on MY team. Brought my son in after a referral for a malformed tooth. He was very rude and condescending. I couldn’t hear him well as he spoke as he mumbled and wouldn’t clarify when asked. Refused to answer questions asked. I would not return again.

I left a review previously and then took the time to review the comments. Unfortunately Dr Fremeth seems to have attracted an internet troll. The language in the reviews is similar and the comments and tone match. Trust me there is a reason he is booked up solid constantly and it's not because he doesn't care or is in it for the money. This man volunteers his time at CHEO to help children there with significant dental issues. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Fremeth has a pleasant demeanour and I could sense his years of experience when he worked on my young daughters’ mouths. I’ve got no hesitation recommending him to anyone interested in have comprehensive dental care.

We were referred to Dr. Fremeth by our family Dentist for our son to have some work done. Reviews on here had me very nervous, but we went to the consultation and it went well so we proceeded to book surgery. Dr. Fremeth seemed knowledgable and gave me details & information on what he was doing & why. He also did some preventative work so that my son wouldn't end up back at our regular office in the near future. Surgery day went well, everybody my son would see before & after surgery came to say hi to him (anesthesiologist, post-OP nurses & Dr. Fremeth) beforehand while he was still with me in the pre-OP room & also described to him what their job was. He was given the mask ahead of time to become comfortable with it as well. Once it was his turn, I helped him up onto the table and talked to him until he fell asleep & the nurses were SO patient and kind. Dr. Fremeth reassured me as I left that he was in great hands and gave a time frame. Post-OP nurse was great and I was there before he woke up. Overall a really good experience!

Dr. Fremeth just wants money. Not trustworthy. Didn't even look properly into my sons mouth and overcharges for everything. Will or be using their services ever.

My child has special needs and Dr. Fremeth demonstrated his years of expertise by keeping me, my husband and my daughter at ease. A big thumbs up to an office that truly cares about doing what’s right for its patients. Highly recommended to anyone that cares about their dental hygiene and taking care of their kids.

Dr Fremeth is a God send! He is not our regular dentist but he has worked on all 3 of our kids who needed general anesthesia to have fairly extensive repairs done. He's always kind & informative and explains the procedures well. I would go to him again and I would whole heartedly refer him to anyone who needs a specialized, knowledgeable dentist.

I’ve been Dr Fremeth’s patient for over 20 years. He has taken care of my niece and nephew and my kids too. We were so lucky to get the chance to get my nephew’s dental treatment done with general anesthesia. The CHEO wait list was 9-12 months!!!! Dr Fremeth was able to get him in right away before the cavities get worst. The staff at the surgi centre were amazing. The commitment that Dr Fremeth has to helping kids is incredible. My family and I feel very fortunate to have him as our dentist.
