Dr. Mack is very good with kids and is very knowledgeable. We did OIT and it was smooth sailing.

I don't have a clue what the bad reviews are for - we have been with Dr. Mack for years doing oral immunotherapy for peanut - simply the nicest most caring doctor I have met - I could cry (and have many times in the office!) Seriously, no one is like him and Dr. Hanna - and Amanda is the best receptionist!

Either he was having a bad day when he saw my son, or he's just not a nice person. He was quite arrogant and wouldn't take the few extra minutes to hear our concerns. You feel like cattle when you're in his office. He mentioned a few times during our three minute encounter that they "do 12 oral challenges/day." I was quite disappointed with my overall experience.

He doesn't take the time to answer questions. I left feeling rushed and that my questions were not important.

Dr Mack is an amazing doctor! Very knowledgeable in the subject of allergy. We started OIT for my daughter and the support we have receive from this office has been terrific! My daughter also did 3 oral food challenges there and reacted every time. We saw Dr Mack the first reaction and he was very quick in assessing her. He was about to start an appointment with a different family but quickly came to see us. He made the correct choice and my daughter was feeling great again after an hour. We’ve also seen him 2 times for OIT and before giving the dose he always assesses her and talk directly to her asking if she has any question.

We highly recommend Dr. Mack. He is knowledgeable and spends the time at our appointment to explain things to us. He is also much more open minded about desensitizing the body to allergens, under medical supervision. His staff are also very friendly, and makes the skin test testing process much easier to handle for the kids. The office also allows us to ask ahead of time whether a snack can be consumed on site, as the appointment can be long. There are kid friendly movies on the screen, with an open area.

Very impressed with Dr. Mack. He was excellent with my infant son. Respectful, patient and polite in answering all of my questions. He was WONDERFUL with my son, a very sweet disposition and bedside manner. I highly recommend him! The nurse who administered the testing was also friendly and very engaged with us.

I have seen a number of allergist for my son who has seasonal allergies and with peanuts but none of them compared to De Mack! I don’t even care about driving a distance I am so amazed of his sincere concern and his approach to treat allergies almost holistic! Wow!!!
