He has to many patients and does not take the time to properly diagnose his clients.

The staff cares too much about entering information in the computer . There is no flexibility. They need to listen and quit typing. You also never see Dr. Norman just the nurse practitioner.

I've went to him my entire life. He's a very good doctor and the staff will remember your name.

While I have also noticed that Dr. Norman's office is extremely busy; keep in mind that he is one of only a few Doctors left in the Metro East area that still accepts All-Kids/Medicaid. I have never had a problem with him or his staff. Yes, I have had to wait at the desk a couple of times to make a follow-up appointment but that was because the nurse was on the phone AND entering billing information into a computer. I am smart enough to know than I am not the only person in the world. QUIT THINKING YOU ARE!!

A good doctor with too many patients and not enough time. His nurse practitioner takes it upon herself to diagnose conditions like ADD/ADHD, obesity, etc. I feel like I never leave satisfied. I am never told exactly what's wrong with my kids. I get " it's a virus" or, "it's ok." I think he is just in a hurry, and as a result I don't get the time to ask questions and leave feeling confident about my children's health. I would recommend if you don't mind forcing the staff to give you/your kids the attention they need.
