Staff comes off as rude most of the time but they have been nice on occasion. You never know if what you will get when you go in. They could use some customer service refresher courses. Dr. Farinas is not very natural parenting friendly. If you don't do everything the cookie cutter (mainstream medical)way he is rude & critical & dismisses the reasoning behind it. One of the nurses is fairly nice but the other is always so rushed & inpersonable. I think they have all forgotten that they are providing a service & being paid to do it by us. Not a horrible place if you don't mind those things.
