We had trouble getting a family Dr when we moved to Maple Ridge, and after exhausting the list of referred Drs called the office and made an appointment. He is always late (seriously late) which in itself is a sign of not puting the patients first. Care is adequate, we use him for simple family check ups but always force through a referal to a specialist for anything abnormal. Would not recommed. Choose Dr. Connor in the same office, she is AMAZING!

Dugdale is a lazy doctor, that wants out as FAST as posible.I waited 20 minutes in the exam room, while he was just outside of the door talking about(I kid you not...)golfimg equipment to sime office staff. It was my last time with Dr. I. Dugdale. He just doesnt seem to care anymore. His main office receptionist, who has been there for countless years, is rude and very impatient.

I have been seeing Dr. Dugdale for approximately 9 years. I did not care for the doctor I first saw when I moved to Maple Ridge and asked the nurses at the hospital who they recommended, and he was at the top of their list. I find him to very knowledgeable and he is a very good listener as well. He always takes my concerns very seriously and I never feel like I am being rushed out the door. I have had two issues needing specialists and he was able to get me appointments very quickly. I only have one concern, he is not very timely but I imagine it is because he spends a great deal of time with his patients, so I don't mind waiting.

Would not recommend. Works very few days and not detailed enough with his directions.

Dr. Dugdale is warm and wonderful man who's gifts to the community go far beyond his role as a doctor, he shines as a beacon of excellence in the community, so much so my first son will be named after him and I havn't spoken to Dr.Dugdale since 1999. He is simply a very smart man who cares deeply.

Is not informative, have to constantly ask questions to get answers. never on time with appointment. Appears to be non-chalant towards some situations that concerns the patient. Does not have the clout to get speacialist appointments like other doctors, i.e. could wait a month before getting in to see a specialist. Although it can be argued that this is a specialist problem, ouyr family has heard that other doctors seem more genuinely interested in a patients care and will go out of their way to get a specialists appointment.
