I saw Dr. Dugdale at a clinic and he was so kind! I was faint and he did all the protocol in-office tests to rule out a stroke etc. and then sent me for blood tests, including B12. It was this foresight that got me diagnosed quicker than if I had left the office with no requisition and had to wait for my Dr.

Dr.Dugdale is a very knowledgable doctor. There are wait times to see him but its worth the wait. He remembers everything, even with my family. He takes the time with me as well as going to visit my Mother in the care home, not many doctors still do that. If patients would let the staff know that they need extra time that would help, I admitt I am guilty... I knew I only had a 10min appointment but I realized after that I took 45 mins of his time. It takes one person to make any doctor behind(Sorry if I was one of them) So I find him to be a great doctor that I will keep for the rest of my life as well as my whole entire family. Now I do make sure I book for the right amount of time so for future I don't hold him up more than I have to. Thanks Dr.Dudgale

Wow, to the comment from Christmas... whoever that was has some serious issues...OMG. Get over it, and come on, when you go to a walk in they don't have time to waste as all people do is complain about waiting.. complaining sounds like something you like to do. He is a great doctor and its good that he does not just try to give prescriptions for everything like other doctors do. Yes it would have been the easier way to just give prescriptions for every little sinus infection but than what. He's been my whole family's doctor and we are very lucky to have him!! If you are the type of person to let that wreck your Christmas , it sounds like you are the type that anything would of. So you should have to take that rude comment back.

Dr Dugdale has been my physician for about 5 years now. I feel fortunate to have found him. Very informative as well as attentive to detail. Very much makes me feel at ease when I consult him. Sometimes late, but can anyone actually say there doctor is always on time. Great Doctor and all around nice guy.

Went to see this guy at the care clinic in maple ridge as I had a sinus infection starting and limited time from work. Told me sinus infections were overrated and refused to prescribe me antibiotics so now here it is Christmas day and my face is swollen. I have a headache and hard to see because of my sinus infection and I get to miss my family Christmas dinner today and will not be cooking one tomorrow. I wonder if this poor excuse for a doctor will reimburse me for my money spent in dinner supplies? I am going to complain to MSP as I don't believe this guy should be paid for nothing which is what he did for me. Oh yeah he ignored the ear infections too so merry Christmas dr dumb ass dugdale you have ruined my Christmas with my fsmily

He's been my doctor for 24 years Best one around as for being late? Never had an issue with him and the receptionist have all treated me very well

Dr. Dugdale is a great doctor I first visited him when i moved to maple ridge about 10 years ago. He's late, always regadless, however this is because he wants to make money and work more, hes a very hard worker and is always busy. Very very cool guy always making small talk. I have never been sick to the point where i have to visit him often, but the times i have been there he was always very nice. Never in a bad mood, always alert and willing to help. The receptionist... yeah not the greatest specially if you have troubles with spoken English. Conclusion, be ready to wait .25-1 hour after your appointment, sometimes maybe people didn't show up you'll get lucky, but the wait is worth it.

Dr Dugdale is freaking amazing. He is the best doctor I have had and is VERY knowledgeable. The only reason he IS late is because the scheduling at that clinic....the receptionist is very rude. He is very approachable and remembers a lot about me including my boyfriend's name. (I see him once every 6 months) he is very very professional. The only bad thing is that because he has so many patients it usually takes at least a day to get an appointment. But I would rather wait than see another doctor. HE IS THE BEST!!!
