I am no longer with him. I think he's over worked like to many doctors in AB. Or is it something eles?

Dr. Dargie is a very intelligent, considerate, patient, caring, knowledgeable doctor who goes above & beyond the call of a physician. When I first moved here in Calgary a couple of years ago, my health problems were not all physical but he did not treat me any differently. He has been there for me beyond office hours as I am sure he is to most of his patients. But also let’s not forget his wonderful staff (S & S) who are also “so” friendly, understanding and caring and just as knowledgeable. Thank you, it has not gone unappreciated!

When I retired in 2003 I moved to BC and must say I still miss Dr. Dargie. I have lived from Charlottetown, PEI right across Canada and I must say he is still the BEST Dr. I have ever had. In 1998 I had quite a set-back with my life and he literally saved me. With his compassionate concern/care I have been living a very happy fulfulling life and really do "stop to smell the roses". To me he is a perfect 100% of a caring Dr. and let's hope he reaps happy rewards once he retires. A real saint.

ALWAYS WILLING TO LISTEN.VERY KNOWLEGEABLE IN A LOT OF AREAS AND IS WILLING TO MAKE NUMEROUS SUGGESTIONS AND SOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS (IF APPLICABALE). IS NOT THE TYPE TO JUST WRITE A PRESCRIPTION AND SEND YOU ON YOUR WAY. CARING AND VERY PERSONABLE AND HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR WHICH IS NEEDED IN HIS JOB SOME DAYS I AM SURE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Dargie always takes time to listen before diagnosing, even when very busy. He is open to alternate medical methods & doesn't hesitate to refer to a specialist if required. He is respected by other doctors and nurses who have worked with him - he has a very good reputation.
