Staff can be rude at times, seems organized due to the fact it's a walk-in clinic but they also have monthly appointments. Maybe that's why everyone seems so overwhelmed. I will say there is a male nurse of some sort that is about as helpful as a broken paddle going up a sh*t creek, it is clear he has not had much experience outside of school. Makes me feel very uncomfortable!

Do not go here! Waited an hour to be seen by a nurse or doctor. Walls are paper thin and didn't hear Dr wash his hands. He came in and touched the door and know and I asked did he wash his hands he said he did but then I asked him if he could and he got a complete attitude and said what do you want me to do wash my clothes, take a shower? I said no, to wash your hands when you first come in, it is flu season and he kept saying what do you want me to do wash my clothes. I had to stop, look at him and said are you being a smartass? He said yes I am because you are. I said excuse me, people are sick and you are acting like that over washing your hands. My boyfriend was like whoa what is wrong with you and he got called a jackass! The administrator woman didn't even seem to care he cussed and said they wouldn't issue a refund when he wasn't seen! Go somewhere else please!

This doctor is terrible and wants to suck insurance co dry and he will bill your insurance for services not rendered.Long wait times and terrible staff .If you want pain meds and do not care to wait all day You are going to like it !I saw him on emergency basic and waites LOOONNNGGG time and received bill for services in which I did not get.Tried to talk with staff and they do not care .

This Dr., Dr. Marshall Plotka sucks, his bed side manners are severely lacking, I seriously suggest that no one use this urgent care facility as long as Dr. Plotka is the owner.

I WAS a patient there for nearly a year.During the time I was treated by them i NEVER met with the actual dr, only his staff.Patients would have to wait hours to even see someone (even with an appointment) then once you get in the exam room, you wait over an hour. At which time you get your vitals checked and that's it. Then you go back out to the waiting room and wait anywhere from 30 mins-1hr for your monthly prescriptions that are not enough for a month. I was there for pain management which turned out to be aka a "methadone clinic". They diagnose their pain management patients as "Opiod Dependent" Also be prepared to fail your initial drug screen.They do this just to back up their phony diagnosis. I went to my PCP that same day and told her what happened, she retested me and said I was clean.They are SHADY! I encourage anyone seeking pain management to go somewhere else!Luckily I got out and off of their meds before it was too late. PAIN PATIENTS BEWARE!!!

Terrible practice!! They make you wait for hours before you even see anyone, then they do lab work on every visit that is not needed. Once you see the doctor he only write you a rescription that only last a week to make you come in for more. This office is a complete rip off and that why after the 3rd visit my husband stop going. They don't care about your health they are there to get just to take your money. OH and most of the people sitting in there were for pain pills so he must be a legal drug dealer.

Stay away. Terrible practice.They order tests you don't need, the office manager is nasty, his wife is a has- been radiology tech that knows nothing and he "sees" early am patients via text/computer. The staff communicates this way and he arrives at 9:30....I know I used to work there and resigned when I saw what was going on. Stay away!

The only downside is the LOOOONG wait time, but the front staff will usually be honest with you about the wait time, or expect a longer wait than you're told. Bring lots of books/magazines, fully charged pager to use, knitting project and so forth wihile you're waiting. Dr. Plotka is the ONLY doctor I will see there in the office. I will call ahead of time to see if he is working at the time. However, there is one nurse that is horrible and abusive toward me, very hateful. I have told Plotka about her and he is aware but keeps her for some reason. When he sees me, he is thorough like he other patients say, and is very knowledgable and helpful! He takes his time and is very personable. He will prescrible you what you ask for most of the time. He is flexible and worth the wait if you have the time. I've, unfortunately, moved to another city but he has still been helpful. I would still drive up to see him if I absolutely had to. I would definitely recommend him for those seeking dr
