This man medical license should be taken from him..I was going to visit my daughter in Madison,Al. When I was hit from behind .I wasn’t in any pain at the time of accident,but developed it later that night(couldn’t sleep).Got up at 6 that morning,went to the ER & he was the Dr.on call..I told him,my neck & back was killing me.He sent me to get x-rays & told me after the x-rays come back,he’ll be back in to speak with me,NEVER DID,I speak to him again..Nurse came in,I signed release forms & was told I was released..On the way out the door in the lobby,while everyone was present Dr.Fierro asked me did I want some pain meds..As if I was seeking pain pills,unprofessional & against the law,to ask me that among everyone in the Hall..I stated to him NO!!! I showed them pictures of the accident & my vehicle..That was smashed from the back..HE HAS NO COMPASSION FOR PEOPLE IN PAIN...HE NEED TO GET ANOTHER OCCUPATION ...He’s the Dr.Awful!

I've read the reviews from the other patients and am here to tell you I was treated with CARE AND COMPASSION when I was seen by this doctor. while he had absolutely nothing to do with the "wait times" at the hospital, this doctor is THE BEST and I hope if I ever have to return to the ER, pray this doctor is ON DUTY! I'm feeling much better and am so thankful I saw this doctor! THE BEST!!!

Never in my life would I ever wish my worst enemy to seeing this man I waited 12hrs at huntsville hospital and seen him told me I had a bladder infection and kidney stones and sent me home with nothing once so ever.I really was very unhappy with him and I will never ever return there ever again even if I was dying he is such a poor doctor who doesn't deserve to work at a er and treat folks the way he does.if you get seen by this man run far away I am warning you.

Dr. Fierro acted quickly when he saw I was in distress. He did not wait for the staff to ask & type in the Exact Same questions that were already asked at reception and at triage. -This was very much appreciated, since I had blood pouring out of my face and was in serious distress! He addressed the medical problem, looked for and found the cause, and spent the time and effort to treat it. -on previous ER visits for the same issue, no one EVER looked for the problem, but only went through their step by step checklist of actions to take, even when the step was obviously Wrong and useless! With Dr. Fierro, I was home less than 3 hrs after leaving for the ER, AND recovering. The previous Dr took 5 hrs to go through the checklist before I stopped bleeding, & was then sent home without resolving (or attempting to identify) the actual problem.

Dr., Fierro was very thorough and compassionate in his evaluation of my mother. If we have to return, we certainly hope he is our doctor.
