My water broke five days before my scheduled repeat c-section. Based on the reviews on this website, I was nervous about Dr.Rosengarten performing my c-section. My previous csection scar was barely noticeable and I had zero complications. I had my heart set on having the same surgeon for my second. However, Dr.Rosengarten was on call when I arrived at the hospital.

It’s been two months and my scar is healing quite nicely. Dr.Rosengarten isn’t as personable as the surgeon I had the first time. However, he did an excellent job on my c-section. This was the most important for me.

33 years ago today Dr Rosengarten delivered my daughter by C- section. Due to a torn uterine artery it became a critical situation immediately. He saved the lives of my daughter and myself! No words can express my thankfulness to him and the staff that night . God bless you all 🤗

I am SO very thankful to this doctor! I had serious complications (very high blood pressure) during my 8th months of pregnancy. He met me when I was hospitalized and took exceptional care of me even though I was assigned to another OBGYN (who never even bothered to call me). Dr Rosengarten has delivered my baby via planned c-section on his day off, he sent me for tests to check on the baby so I could stay pregnant as long as possible (I was afraid of prematurity complications). He was very throughout, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I am forever thankful I met this doctor. Words cannot express my level of gratitude! People like him make you believe there is lots of good in this world.

I’m 8.5 months pregnant and dr.rosengarten has been amazing throughout this pregnancy. A False positive came back for my diabetes test and no one even gave me a second glance. Dr.Rosengarten gave me excellent care and got to the bottom of my false positive and me and baby are both healthy and happy. He is caring, compassionate and thorough and I’d recommend him to anyone in Calgary looking for amazing care. Thank you doc

He did my emergency surgery in 2012 because there was no doc available that night and forgot to mention to the recovery nurses that my right lung was collapsed during the surgery. I suffered a lot just to stay awake at less than 70% of O2 concentration. next i had to go for hysterectomy last year, i asked my doc that i do not want him close to me during the surgery, but it was not my choice when i was sleeping during the procedure. afterwards, i had post op complications and my doc admitted me but still send him for 'second look'. he came in the er after i was given morphine and antibiotics and feeling better, look at me, look at my incision and told me that you don't need to be here. you are not in any pain. at the time of my first surgery he told me that he was retired, but seems like he will never retire and continue to be pain for the patients. And worse part, patients have no choice.

Dr. Rosengarten delivered my second daughter via c-section. He was ok. I definitely didn't get the warm and fuzzies from him. I was then referred to him seven years later and the experience didn't get much better. I found him to be quite rude and condescending and he didn't explain what to expect with the Lupron shot I was getting prior to my procedure and how it was going to affect me. I had various people make comments about the shot and it was then that I realised the major side effects. After speaking to the other doctor in the office (he wasn't there when I went for the shot), not only was the shot not administered, but my procedure was cancelled and another course of treatment was followed. This was a treatment that I had in the past and had great success with but he wouldn't even think of administering it. I feel as if i was just lumped in with everyone for the treatment of the day that he was recommending. I'm sure some people have had great experiences with him but he's definitely not my cup of tea.

Dr Rossengarten has always been a great doctor to me, 20 years ago with my first pregnancy and 18 years ago. He was the only doctor that believed me that I was losing fluid and I lost half of my fluid and had my baby early. After child baring years he was very helpful with other difficulties. Thank you!

Dr. Rosengarten not only saved my uterus after a very difficult c section, but he saved my life, he is an absolute miracle and am very fortunate to have had him as my doctor. Anyone that needs a gynecologist would be lucky to get him. Thank you for everything you did for me and my family.

I had previously had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Rosengarten for uterine fibroids and a subsequent myomectomy and had nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with him as one of my doctors.
Less than 2 years later I was back in the office being seen through the latter part of my pregnancy and then the c-section of my daughter.
Although It was Dr Wallace Chau who did my section, I did see Dr Rosengarten multiple times through the pregnancy and also post partun. With each visit he was always very friendly and personable and made me feel very comfortable and informed (which is great as I am a very anxious person). He really goes above and beyond and even took the time to personally call me after hours on his own time regarding some required paperwork I needed to complete.
I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone needing an amazing OBGYN! I look forward to seeing having Dr Rosengarten and Dr Wallace chai follow me for my next pregnancy!
