She is absolutely the WORST doctor I've ever experienced. She makes you wait 3-4 hours and overbook her day so she can make more money! It sounds like she hasn't changed since then. She has total disregard for the patient's time and after finally seeing her she'll take a look at your eyes for 2 minutes and tell you to come back next month. I saw her almost 20 years ago after going blind for 2 months from SJS, and I'm surprised to see her still on the list of active-working ophthalmologists. Stay away!

Very arrogant dr treat poorly at her staff, make patients wait for hours without consideration, doesn’t send reports to GP. It seems that she works many hours for monetary gain. She should take retirement asap

It is a business for dr Paton as she books as much people as possible and without respect about having to wait for hours to see her. She doesn’t do reports about her patients and patients can’t retrieve recio when need to be treated with a other specialist.

Recently, I was referred to Doctor Paton for emergency eye care. She adjusted her personal schedule and stayed late into the evening to see me. Who does that? No Doctor in my 60 years has ever cared this much to work extended hours. Follow up with genuine concerns for my health were above and beyond my expectations. So grateful to have met you and your staff. Thank you!

I have seen Dr. Paton twice and both times I waited 3 hours. The last time I was there I could hear her in a meeting in her office. I addressed it with the staff and they said that they did her scheduling as she asked. She dashed in for a second, grabbed my chart, dashed out and when she came back an hour later proceeded to discuss with me the issue I had seen her for over 3 years prior and not the issue I was in for that day. She was not at all apologetic about being late and then dashed right back out. I don't mind waiting a while and I understand that doctors can be a bit late at times but this is a repeated issue and appears to happen all the time. There is no regard for her patient's time.

Dr. Paton is an amazing Dr, who will work 24/7 to help you. However, she has a not great bedside manner and the wait times are EXCRUCIATING. She had 8 different specialist across the globe working on my case within 2 months and was ready to do anything, but it took 9 hours of waiting for 3 hours of doctor time. 4.8/5

Dr Paton will waste your time. After waiting couple of hours after your appointment She will spend 5-10 min. with you. What is the point of having an appointment at 9:00AM when she does not come in until 9:30 AM and see you at 11:00 AM. If she is your only choice, have a patience, pack a lunch and if someone is picking you up, bear in mind that after 6:00 PM elevator shuts down and no one can come up for you ! Good Luck !

Dr Paton has lost her hearing. If she remembers to put her hearing aids in May hear your question. I am a n ocular melanoma patient. All she told me was mine was difficult, and I was expecting too much. The cancer was never explained to me. IE, I would have it for the rest of my life and it could metasisis at any time. One appt I told Dr Paton that my eye was feeling heavy, she told me what did I expect it was a long process. Started a downhill process I am now losing the eye. It did not have to happen. She is knowledgeable in tumors. She should be assisting in that area. Time to stop seeing patients.

Most unhelpful, cranky and arrogant secretary I have ever met. Appointments are never within 1 hour of the time set. They are very busy of course but scheduling should be better
