Amazing office. I'm not scared of the dentist anymore! I'd give 200 stars if I could!

I give Applecross 5 stars across the board. Rarely are they ever late, I am aware of costs and insurance details beforehand, I have only ever recieved the highest form of dentistry available from Dr Protzer because he is by far the pickiest perfectionist I know. Once I asked him about the materials he was using and I was flabbergasted with the wealth of knowledge he had on the subject. Highly skilled comes to mind. Excellent office, support staff and super friendly.

Dr. Protzer is an excellent dentist. He is highly skilled and incredibly efficient. I have never had a dentist that I completly trust like I do him. His confidence and skill set make my dental anxiety at total ease. I also really like my hygienist Daylin. She is also very calm and gentle yet thorough. Nice family owned office that isn't out to take your money, they actually care about their patients.

I have been a patient at Applecross Dental for some 25 years. Dr. Protzer is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He will give you the straight goods and suggested treatments. His clinic is spotless and equipped with the latest technology.

Great dentist and super clean clinic. There's not a whole lot of parking but that is not a big deal. Hygienists have always been very gentle but thorough. Fair prices and excellent care and dental work.

I have never felt like I'm being sold something. Klaus is trustworthy and this is why I have been a patient for 20 years or so. He is always up on the most quality products and will not do dentistry that is outdated and or the utmost highest quality available. Long lasting, esthetically pleasing dentistry is what he cares about and I appreciate this. 100% recommend to anyone who needs an honest, hardworking quality dentist and dental office.

Direct, lots of info provided, on time, clean. It is hard to find these qualities in a business nowadays. Dr. Protzer and team definitely show up and apply themselves. Dr. Protzer is a highly skilled dentist and surgeon. He has placed 2 implants for me in which I have never had an issue with. The quality of care and work is much better then I have ever gotten elsewhere.

Best dental office I have ever been to. This is why I have seen Klaus for about 10 years now. Spotless office, excellent service. Klaus has a skill set that is above average. He is highly intelligent and his dentistry is art. The team are all well trained and organized. Klaus and his wife are an excellent team running a family oriented high end clinic.

Dr Protzer is excellent. He has never pushed any treatment on me and has also given me the information to make an educated decision. He, is like others have said, a true perfectionist. I have always felt he treats me with repect and does not sugar coat anything. I feel like I can always trust his professional opinion. Nice to have a dentist that truly cares about my teeth and not about money. He has taken more time with me then any other dentist I have ever had to expain my situation in detail and what options I have. Big thank you to Applecross.

Dr Protzer was pushy and condescending, and made me feel so uncomfortable. Found a much more caring dentist elsewhere in town. Hygienist good overall although she made pointed remarks about how I really should have had braces as a child (first off this was not my decision to make and second off many families don’t have the money for this). Front desk staff were lovely but not enough to save this situation.
