Best dentist in Nanaimo. My family has been at Applecross for a very long time. When I was small this was my dentist, now my kids see him and they think he's awesome.

Great dentists, met Dr. MO for the first time and omg he is amazing. Lovely office staff, fair prices, I have always had excellent service. Lesley and Klaus clearly put their all into creating an amazing high quality office. My only negative is that the parking is minimal but I believe this is due to the fact that they are always busy!!

I've been seeing Dr Protzer for about 7 years. I fully trust him to take care of any tooth issue I have. Today I met his new associate Dr. Mo and I'm really happy to say that Dr. Mo is also amazing! Dr. Mo was able to remove 2 teeth that were causing me so much pain and he did it so gently and calmly. My only other option was to see a specialist which would have been months of waiting and way more money. I'm super happy with Dr. Protzer and his team. Thank you!

Had my first exam today with Dr. Protzer, what can I say, he is amazing! I got more then enough information and felt that he was not rushed or trying to sell me something. I believe he really cares about teeth. My mom has seen him for almost 20 years so I figured it was time to get me and my family a dental office that I want my kids to grow up in. Really enjoyed my first appointment, I even got a goodie bag!

Best dental office in town. Clean, bright, cheery, and the quality is beyond what you'll get anywhere. Dr. Protzer is really the best, I feel safe with him, he knows what he is doing and every procedure I have had has been painless and efficient. He treatment plans and then executes. Before I knew it my teeth were all fixed and now I'm good. A special shout out to Lesley for always helping me with my dental plan, she always explains procedures and she is now like a family member that I see every six months lol. My hygienist Daylin is on time, gentle and sooooo good. I can't say enough good things about this dental office. Highly recommend to anyone looking to find a new dentist.

Beautiful office, attention to detail is beyond. Nicest dental office I have ever been to. Their team seems happy and dedicated. Office decor over the holidays is a 10/10. Dr. Protzer is such a good dentist, the quality is not comparable.

Amazing amazing amazing! The holiday decor is beautiful and so are the girls that work there. It's nice to see Dr. Protzer and his team laughing and enjoying their day but at the same time running a really professional place. Dr. Protzer is definitely one of the most intelligent, particular and punctual people I know. He and I always have such interesting conversations. I always look forward to my cleanings because his hygienists are gentle yet thorough, clearly they understand his high standards. I recently was in for an appointment and I feel like it was important to give praise where it is due.

As new patients, my wife and I couldn't believe our eyes when Dr. Protzer actually came in the waiting area to welcome us! His warm positive manner set the tone throughout our visit . The receptionists, dental hygienists and assistants also went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and less stressful as possible. As well, we were quite taken with the manner in which the procedures we received were patiently (no pun intended) and clearly explained.

I was looking for a dental office that wasn't owned by a huge dental Corp and finally found Applecross about a year and a half ago. It's really nice to be a part of a family owned practice. Prices are reasonable, location is excellent, staff are caring and helpful. I never felt pressured to do any treatment, I was told I could have some older silver fillings replaced eventually but there was no rush or urgency. They go all out decorating for the holidays which is always fun. Apparently Dr. Protzer is training a new dentist to eventually fill his shoes and I really hope the new dentist cares as much about his clients as Dr. P does.
