Dr Booker is so caring of her patients, she always takes time to explain things and is very gentle. Her nurse Destiny is equally caring and you can tell they really work well with each other. Chris at the front always goes above and beyond you can tell she loves what she does. I know I can always count on her to help me with anything I need. Love the new updated office and expansion cause this allows others to enjoy the great service I get when I come to Northfield Dental. Awesome job Ladies!

So refreshing to walk into the office to be greeted by Chris and Sarah, these two are professional, kind and super funny. They had me laughing! With the Stress of Covid this office has a great protocol and I felt reassured. Dr. Booker and her nurse are so kind, gentle and they both took the time to explain all my options. Overall it was a great experience in this very modern office. Only downfall is I don't live here but because of my experience I wanted to leave a review as this office deserves to be known for their amazing practice. Five Stars and if my family ever moves out this way I am happy to say I already found the office I want to go to.

Love the staff and the new office! Congratulations on your expansion. Even though there are some new staff it's always great to see the regular staff I dealt with for many years! Dr. Booker , Christina and the main receptionist Chris are always professional, friendly and I know I can count on quality care. Still the best office to go to in Nanaimo.
