Dr Protzer was pushy and condescending, and made me feel so uncomfortable. Found a much more caring dentist elsewhere in town. Hygienist good overall although she made pointed remarks about how I really should have had braces as a child (first off this was not my decision to make and second off many families don’t have the money for this). Front desk staff were lovely but not enough to save this situation.

As a new patient I was really impressed. The office runs like a well oiled machine. I never felt rushed and I feel I had a very thorough exam and cleaning. Daylin my hygienist was excellent, gentle yet I felt my teeth were very clean. I am very happy with the services provided.

Dr. Protzer is super smart. He knows every ingredient of everything he is using and he will tell you why if you ask him. I love this about him. He's the best dentist on the island hands down.

I was in extreme pain and I was so scared to see anyone. Dr Protzer and his team made me feel so at ease and safe. I really appreciate him helping me get out of pain and not hurting me in the process. I'm lucky to have found this clinic. There are a nuch of good people working there.

I moved from California thinking I would never find a good dentist. Well I have found the best! Cleanliness is a big thing for me and they are the cleanest office I have ever seen. Ten stars for Dr. Protzer. He is so efficient and is also great with my kids. Happy to have found him.

Dr Protzer is detail oriented. I believe he is a perfectionist and this is why he is the right man for the job. I feel he has the most wonderful ladies working for him, I would say he only hires the best. If you want a gentle dentist with very high standards see Klause, he is magnificent. I would say his team is hardworking and gives a higher level of care then most dental offices I have been to.

Today my whole family came in to see Dr Protzer for the first time. My wife and i felt it necessary to both leave a review as we had a very positive experience. First of all the front receptionists were very informative about my insurance and explained how it worked since I have never had it before. Second the amount of time spent on my family made me feel like this guy is the real deal. I have never had a dentist be so thorough and so intelligent. Everything was clear and made sense. I was given estimates promptly and my family was treated with the care i was hoping for. Thank you to everyone at apple cross. You are appreciated.
