Finally has my wish come true to have new front crowns. Dr Protzer is such a perfectionist and did such a beautiful job. I am elated and can't stop smiling with these new teeth. Thank you so much to the Applecross team for making my appointments such a breeze and taking care of me and my extreme anxiety.

I had a front tooth that had damage from an old accident. I ended up losing it. Dr Protzer took care of me.from start to finish. The implant was so easy and the tooth on top looks better then any of my teeth. I'm truly blessed to have such good dental care.

I consider Dr protzer high end. I come to his clinic because I know I will have the best service. There is a reason he gets a lot of good reviews, I believe his standards are beyond what most dentists are. He is impressive, I guess this is why it takes a little while to get I with him, the wait is worth it!

I had to have a root canal last month, I was in and out in less than 1 hour with NO pain. Dr. Protzer is efficient, punctual and really knows his stuff. I hope he never retires.

Dr. Protzer is great. His efficiency makes being at the dentist really easy. He runs a very beautiful office and the hard work shows. I like that this office is still family owned and hasn't been taken over by a large corporation. It really makes a difference!

Dr. Protzer and his staff were able to get me in the same day I called to fix my broken tooth. I was sure I would lose my tooth but thankfully Dr. Protzer was able to save it. The office is very bright and clean and the staff very welcoming. I would highly recommend Applecross Dental.

Best dental office in town hands down. From cleanliness to care. I have always had a great experience. I have lived in Victoria and Campbell River, had other dentists, none compare to Klaus and his office.

By far the best dental care I have had. I also really like my hygienist and I very much enjoy my conversations with the front desk girls. Dr. Protzer clearly has a lot of skill. He has made every appointment I have had fast, painless and I usually end up learning something new lol. Cleanliness of their clinic is beyond any hospital I have seen. Super clean, I mean super! Only complaint I have is there isn't enough parking but that's normal for Nanaimo nowadays.
