he is a w dentist. best in kitchener. he was so nice to me. he fixed my teeth because they were rotting out. now i look good and now i have rizz.

Dr. Wong has been my dentist/dental surgeon for over 15 years (in my 50's) and I would never think of going to another dentist. He is personable and caring, professional and does exceptional work, especially since I have severe anxiety. His staff are also exceptional. Highly recommended.

Our son had dental work done last week. Excellent care, especially during covid. Dr Wong was very nice, he was great with my son.

Absolutely amazing Dr and staff ...I work with children on a daily specializing in special needs and behavioural issues ..Dr.Wong is right on Q ...amazing calming bed side mannerisms and my child could pick up on them ....I felt completely reassured by his staff and the end result was a beautiful smile ...great work ...I have read some of the reviews and just wanted to add that although the Dr was running g on scheduled time the day we were there ,it is very common for specialists especially to be delayed ..I mean I'm sure they try their best to assume based on experience and knowledge approximately how long itll take however sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that could delay ...which tells me that the extra time he is taking on that patient and the perfection he is aiming for would be the same quality of work he would put into the care of my child ...Worth the wait ...no ? ....This office helps children esp feel better on the daily ...I admire his work ..his knowledge ...and his grace ...thank u dr wong and staff for turning a very frightening situation ( due to the unknown )...into a positive one .God bless

We had an appointment here the other day for my son, they called us to move the appointment to 10:15 and didn’t even get him into the consultation room until 11:30 then had to wait even longer for him to actually go in for his procedure.

After almost two hours of being told the procedure would be an hour and a half we could hear him crying from the back and when we asked to back they told us to wait, once they took us back we looked for information on what they had done exactly, after being told they would tell us if they were pulling a tooth (which they did without speaking to us)

When we removed the gauze and tape from where they would have put the IV in, his arm is completely bruised and red and he complains of pain when moving it.
Overall. Not super impressed with our experience.
The staff is very nice but they seem to brush you off.

For the comment below all the stars should have been at 5. Tried to change but wouldn't. I'm trying this again. Dr. Wong and his staff are amazing, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Wong's knowledge is extraordinary. Dr. Wong took great care of my daughter and we appreciated the follow up phone call to see how our daughter was.
