I Wrote the other complaint against Dr Benyaminova.
If you wonder why medex had big problems appx a year and a half ago I made a Civil rights complaint, and then inspectors came into your facility and found many problems and violations. Is that the reason for all the construction my husband saw every time he went for his physical therapy. Im sure they know you are the reason behind it. Is that when you took your leave? Or when they fired a lot of people and added the feature of patient surveys to make sure this nonsense did not happen again. Very coincidental after my complaint was followed up on and your boss profusely apologized to my husband and to me. He is still a patient there. We are good enough people not to take your egregious behavior out on other fine doctors. Thank God I didn't rely on you. I am on a compassionate care fda trial now for t cell lymphoma lung cancer. I had half a lobe of my lung removed. My biopsy was done 2 months after I saw you. You refused to so much as listen to me regarding lump on my neck or give me oncology referral. I had a 7.5 cm tumor in lung and I have 9 scattered im in treatment for. So you did favor by treating me horrible. I got the care to save my life going to a dr who paid attention. To anyone dont go here ever.

The lowest form of health care i ever in my life. She discriminated against me because of a medication I take from a pain center because i cannot swallow pills. I had cancer for nine years ive had 13 surgeries. The last one 2 months ago. I just went into remission or so i thought i now have a new mass and i needed a new test. I saw her for a 1st visit at a place my husband was a patient for 2 yrs. Not hers other drs. I did not ask for meds on 1st visit. I said i cant eat real food my esophogus was dilated but its so damaged the surgery did not work. I only can eat soup. 200 calories. I do a blood cbc and glucose urine test im told. I look at insurance claims 3weeks later i find out i test positive for something. Why no call from the dr. I make appointment. I see Dr im called drug addict for pain medication in my urine. I ask why a drug test without my knowledge or concent. I would have told her the medicine i take. She says they use that med for drug addicts. I tell her im not one she can speak to my dr who perscribes it. I can't crush pain pills. She says i dont believe you. I offer my medical records from mychart half are already there from the back dr i saw earlier the rest mt sinai she can link or i can show to her she refuses. Ans she refuses the tests i needed discussed from 1st visit mammoand ultrasound and i have stomach pain i wanted imaging. Im accused of using that as a ploy to get pain meds. I sais i dont want pain meds. I want to find the reason why the pain and the reason why i bleed every time i use the bathrm. She also refused my b12 injection med for my anemia to not give me access to needles. Can you believe this Dr. And iron. Iron. I need my supplements. So what she did when i need 1500"mg of b12daily she wrote a prescription 3 weeks later after i begged to her assistant because i needed that and my seizure meds she writes 100mg b12 15 pills thats half the bottle covers 1 days dose. And the insurance wont even cover that. Then the fish oil i take my test comes back im actually cholesterol deficient and she quaruples my dose to a brand name that my insurance will not cover. I have medicaid she knows this and its almost 511.00and she refuses the pharmacy to change it. So she does everything to make it difficult and says if i want my injection i will come every week for it. She tells the manager when i complained that i didn't need it which is a lie. She discriminated against me because of a medicine i take. I found out she is an addiction specialist and i found an ad. She was putting me into a category that i am not in. Stay far away from this Dr. She is not a Dr. I have reported her to the human rights commission the medical board i filed a civil rights complaint as well i have also filed one with my insurance company and one with the attorney Generals office. And if any where else there is a place to complain like SAMSA Which is my next stop because she did not treat me with dignity they need to know what she is doing and how she is treating people. I will not be put into the category of a drug addict because I have cancer and am in pain and i take a medication and this sick Dr wants to do an unwarranted Drug test without looking at the paperwork that i signed coming in. Regarding drug testing. I worked 20yrs in a law firm i read everything. I hope you read your reviews Dr Benyaminova. If you do do not think i am some stupid woman who will let you walk. You dont operate legally I noticed that. Somebody will listen to my complaint.
