Dr. Callig has never ever did any tests, even though they were recommended or asked by other specialists. He said that food has no effect whatsoever on behavior when I know for a fact that my ADHD daughter is sensitive to a number of things. His reply is always "it's genetic, don't identify the cause of the issue, treat the symptom", when it came to pretty much everything. Needless to say, I am looking for another pediatrician.

The thing, that bothers me the most is that they never call back for the results of my daughter's bload tests. If I have a question, I usually have to call 3-4 times untill the doctor calls me back... There is no information about their holliday work hours... We went there and waited... No information on the phone, nor on ther door. Waiting time is too long... it takes min 1 hour every time we go. It is difficult, bacause the kids can not wait that long...The doctor stays no more than 5 min with us. The staff could be nicer. The doctors are very polite and caring. The most important thing for me is my kids to be diagnosed correctly and treated on time... Some times I wonder if we receive the best possible care in this medical office...

I love this peditrician's office. Friendly staff, knowledgeable Dr's and PA. I can get appointments when I need them. They have always followed through as requested.

The staff seem very busy. So busy that they can't even show up on time to open the office for first of the morning appointments. I work a very busy schedule so Monday morning 8 am appointments worked best for us. One time we waited in the hall until about 8:15 before an office person showed up to open up the office. Another time we waited 90 minutes past our appointment time because one of the other staff doctors couldn't be bothered with showing up to work on time. After reading some of the other reviews, my wife and I have decided to look elsewhere and we strongly suggest you do the same.

I am very sad to say that after 7 years of Dr. Calig being my daughter's pediatrician, we are going to change. I am not sad because he is great, I am sad because he and his staff USE to be great and now they fall far below adequate. My daughter has been in and out of the hospitals and has had numerous appointments in the office and each time they have either failed to treat her, or failed to even return my calls and let me know what the blood test results were. I am still waiting a month later for the celiac panel to come back- Obviously they are neglectful of their patients and I've had enough. We called Blue Cross today and are getting a directory of new pediatricians so that we can change on the first of the month. This is ridiculous. Just because they are located in the West Hills Medical Center, does not make them a good facility. In fact, they are absolutely terrible. Didn't use to be, but now they are. Good riddance. Don't take chances with your children's health. SWITCH.

Doctors are pretty good but the staff is very rude on the phone and in person. I guess its because they don't use a computer for the scheduling so its hard to make and verify appointments. They just seem very busy and stressed out not friendly at all. Hardly even greet you.

My daughter has been going there for 9 months and I've always had exceptional service. Even when dr. Calig is unavailable the other 2 doctors have been amazing. Love the office and staff.
